    At first a "front end manager" helped us and it seemed to go ok but ends up the invoicing was wrong then a manger "Lance" got involved and issued a credit and re-invoiced, but in doing so we couldn't apply our $35.00 rewards points to the new invoice but would have to wait approximately 30 days for it to show back in our account. Lance did an outstanding job resolving the issues and gave us a $50 best buy card for the inconvenience. We have yet to see the $35.00 rewards points posted to our account. Outside of that we are very pleased with the product.

    After old refrig broke and waiting 2 1/2 weeks for service to say it was broken and would take 2 wks to get parts, decided to get this Refrig. Reviews show Samsung to be the best refrig out at this time. Like the separate draw for drinks and can adjust the temp in that drawer. ice maker takes a lot of room but doesnt make ice faster and no way to increase making ice faster. In all good refrig.

    I gave it an overall 4 stars because it was a little cumbersome getting everything set up on line through the Samsung app. All of refrigerator settings and adjustments are through the app. The only complaint I have regarding refrigerator performance is the icemaker is soooo slooow. I hate to see this icemaker try to keep up with our family during the dog days of summer. The ice bucket is hard to remove if you want to dump your ice into a cooler.

    This is a great refrigerator if you need a lot of storage space, but do not have a large opening! The flex zone drawer is very useful!

    Large refrigerator with generally useful space design. There is pretty limited space for tall bottles. Nice lighting and convenient access to all of the space. Nice finish and does not show fingerprints easily. The external water does drip occasionally. The top doors are very thick and may be difficult to clear a close fitting wall or cabinet without being pulled out pretty far. Overall, a nice refrigerator.

    The fridge looks great and provides lots of options for storage. We bought this to replace a GE side by side that came with our new house. Love the drawer set up. Great overall capacity. Very quiet operation. I read some reviews about leaking ice makers, but have had zero issues. The drawback is a low capacity ice maker, compared to the GE that was replaced. It feels like it is about half the amount of cubes. Side note, the Best Buy delivery team does a great job. We had originally bought this through Costco. It was supposed to be back ordered for about three weeks. After 3 weeks of receiving no communications from Costco, I called them. They said the product had not yet been manufactured and it would be about another 5-weeks. I cancelled and ordered from BBY. They delivered it in four days, even though it was listed as back ordered. We just bought a Samsung washer and dryer from BBY too. Another great experience. We should have stuck with them to begin with on the fridge. Real rating would be 4.5 stars.
