I gave it an overall 4 stars because it was a little cumbersome getting everything set up on line through the Samsung app. All of refrigerator settings and adjustments are through the app. The only complaint I have regarding refrigerator performance is the icemaker is soooo slooow. I hate to see this icemaker try to keep up with our family during the dog days of summer. The ice bucket is hard to remove if you want to dump your ice into a cooler.

Love the size. Large freezer. Only down side is the left size of the door can't store much. Also hard to store tall items.

This is a great refrigerator if you need a lot of storage space, but do not have a large opening! The flex zone drawer is very useful!

Compared to similar fridges at the same price point this was the largest fridge with the most features at nearly 1.2K less.

This is our second Samsung refrigerator and we love it.

Large refrigerator with generally useful space design. There is pretty limited space for tall bottles. Nice lighting and convenient access to all of the space. Nice finish and does not show fingerprints easily. The external water does drip occasionally. The top doors are very thick and may be difficult to clear a close fitting wall or cabinet without being pulled out pretty far. Overall, a nice refrigerator.

Love the 3rd drawer. Bigger than our last fridge but the shelf layout is a little goofy so space isn't utilized to the utmost.

So far so good. Lots of great upgrades from our old , leaking fridge. Great delivery folks got this I. Out kitchen even after I thought it was too big to get into kitchen.

I like my new refrigerator, it is very spacious and works well for my household.

I really like having the drawer individually, I don't have to open the fridge doors. Plenty space

The fridge looks great and provides lots of options for storage. We bought this to replace a GE side by side that came with our new house. Love the drawer set up. Great overall capacity. Very quiet operation. I read some reviews about leaking ice makers, but have had zero issues. The drawback is a low capacity ice maker, compared to the GE that was replaced. It feels like it is about half the amount of cubes. Side note, the Best Buy delivery team does a great job. We had originally bought this through Costco. It was supposed to be back ordered for about three weeks. After 3 weeks of receiving no communications from Costco, I called them. They said the product had not yet been manufactured and it would be about another 5-weeks. I cancelled and ordered from BBY. They delivered it in four days, even though it was listed as back ordered. We just bought a Samsung washer and dryer from BBY too. Another great experience. We should have stuck with them to begin with on the fridge. Real rating would be 4.5 stars.

Runs quiet. So clean and purdy! lol It's big and very roomy. I love not having to open the main refrigerator doors to get to the deli drawer.

First time purchasing a refrigerator from here, process was so easy and Best Buy representative was so helpful and patient with me. We have been wanting this refrigerator for a while, we LOVE it, so much space to put all kinds of items!

The appliance is handsome and performs very well. Only complaint is how long it takes to switch from water to ice.

Love this refrigerator. We were without an ice maker (previous LG ice maker went out and when I called service the parts were discontinued) for several years. The ice maker on this unit has been stellar so far. Especially like the flex drawer.
