    Works quite well... has lots of storage space in refrigerator, FlexZone, and freezer drawers. Best Buy's delivery and installation people were prompt and did a great job setting up the new fridge for us.

    I am not completely satisfied with my selection. The ice dispenser is slow dispensing the ice especially the crushed ice which I love. We don’t even use the crushed ice. And I did not realize I was not getting the dual ice maker which I really wanted. I do like all the storage in the fridge however. I had been told I could still exchange it however none of the stores in my area have the black stainless dual ice maker in the size and style I have. I had the black LG BUT IT WAS NOT STAINLESS all the way thru and the black film started peeling badly yet I loved the dual ice maker.

    Love this refrigerator! Plenty of space in both refrigerator top and in the freezer. The middle draw is very handy for items I use regularly, like butter, eggs, yogurt and cheeses. Also, deli meats and bacon. The freezer has a sliding drawer in it also which helps with organizing items.

    I think the best feature is the Flex Drawer! It helps keep smaller things like cheeses & lunch meat organized & out of the way of other things in the main part of the refrigerator. The freezer holds far more than I thought it would and it's easier than our old side-by-side where everything was piled on top of each other and falling out when you opened the door.

    The only thing I’m not happy about is the button to dispense water or ice sticks and if youre not paying attention you’ll overflow your cup. I can probably fix it myself, it’s just annoying for a brand new large appliance to have a problem right out of the box. Otherwise it’s perfect.

    Not sure why I am doing a review yet. The last Samsung we had the freezer and ice maker quit just after the warranty expired. That was 2 years ago. So we will see on this one. We do like the capacity and look of this one.

    The Samsong 28cu. ft 4-Door French Door refrigerator was the right refrigerator for us. We look through several styles and pick this one. It just happened to be on sale. It seems there is never enough fridge space, and this model maximizes convenience and space. We've only had it a few weeks now, but we love it.
