    I was so happy I was able to get this fridge. The black stainless steel in this style was difficult to find and I was ecstatic to find it at Best Buy at such a reasonable price. Couldn’t be happier with the purchase.

    The whole experience was wonderful. It was quick easy and the delivery was smooth and efficient. I used Best Buy for two more appliances because of the ease with which they handle the entire purchase to delivery.

    We love this fridge. We went from another Samsung, to this one. It's comparable in many ways, but improves on the bottom freezer drawer by giving us a refridgerator drawer.

    I’ll admit that I’ve had questions before purchasing. I also read online about a problem with the ice maker use cause ice to falling on the floor. But now since the purchase I really like this refrigerator. . There is a beeping sound when a door isn’t closed or completely closed. There is a good amount of storage space. And I have no problem with the ice maker. Either Samsung fixed that issue, or me placing my cup high enough works best.. For right now; it's a very good refrigerator. So I’ll give the 5 star. But to me the true amount of stars is more meaningful when 10-20 years comes around.

    After we took all the food out of the old fridge and started loading this thing we realized how much extra space it had even though it only took up slightly more space externally. I like the wifi integration although you will need the SmartThings app to use it. Had originally considered a fridge with the smart panel in the door but figure this plus a google home hub was a better way to go.

    Had huge problems with microwave installation. Based on the installer poir workmanship and your poor poor service department responding I probably will not purchase nor recommend Best Buy to anyone esle. Luckily the young lady that helped me in store on purchase of refrigerator calmed me down much better than her supervisor and if I were you I would promote her
