    Did not car for the fridge very much, the ice maker does not work as well as expected. I did not really need the lower middle drawer. I returned this for another.

    First one was damaged. Was told a new one would be delivered in a week. Took everything out of the fridge the night before and the second came but only replaced the damaged door. Communication could have been better

    Just got this refrigerator for my newly constructed house. So far it is great. The four doors work great especially the deli door which we keep lunch meat, juice boxes and cheeses. Looks great too.

    Love the color of the appliance. Took a month an a half to get because of back order. Do wish the door closed easier, have to give an extra push. The middle flex zone is a nice addition. The guys came in and did an easy set up and moved my old fridge to the garage.

    So far it’s fine. A little flimsier than my old Samsung-plastic drawers. The ice maker is working-which I know has been a problem. But I’ve only had it a couple of weeks

    The fridge looks great. And my wife and I loved the layout and spacing of it, but the freezer did not work. It took over 3 days before even starting to get cold, and it never came to temperature (0F) We got it replaced, and the 2nd fridge did the exact same thing except the freezer never got cold. Samsung support was no help. I understand sometimes you can get a defective part, but 2 in a row? That's a bad sign.
