    Great refrigerator! Love the fingerprint resistant black stainless steel finish; it's very sleek looking. Looks much nicer and works much better than the white Kenmore refrigerator we had. The FlexZone drawer is a great place to store drinks, sandwich meat, and cheese...the things you grab frequently. The drawer keeps me from having to open the entire refrigerator. I also like that I can connect the refrigerator to Samsung's Smart Things app; it notifies me if the refrigerator or freezer doors are accidentally left open. How cool is that! We're planning on replacing our other kitchen appliances in the future with matching Samsung appliances to complete the look of our kitchen.

    Noisy Noisy Noisy at night! I had to get used to the ice maker in the middle of the night literally waking and scaring me out of my sleep!

    Love the refrigerator. One note here. I had my old refrigerator picked up by my local electric company and the pickup driver warned me that the Samsung refrigerators break down a lot and the parts are expensive so be sure you have the extended warranty. We will see if he was right

    The refrigerator was okay. I expected to buy the top of the line refrigerator but it was not available at the time. I was not very happy and also the washer that I bought did not work well.

    I would really give this product 4 and a half stars, because it has less interior space than my previous quad-door Family Hub model. The ice maker on this one is superior to that of my previous Samsung fridge, so that's a plus. I also like the sliding shelf inside the freezer.

    Samsung, BestBuy and GeekSquad Failure

    Refrigerator itself is decent. There are some quibbles with how the freezer is setup space wise and with accessories (no doorbin). The big issue is that this refrigerator has now broken down twice. Basically it stopped cooling unless I reset the power to it (through circuit breaker). I called Samsung, they sent a tech to come over who replaced a control board and the issue went away. This was around March time frame. Couple weeks ago the problem comes back. I call BestBuy since I have Geeksquad Protection. They send a tech out the first time. They came in and apparently they can't order the parts for the fridge. The company doesn't have them. I call BestBuy again. BestBuy dispatches another tech.... from the same company and that company can't service the fridge which I already indicated to BestBuy. To summarize, during a global pandemic, neither BestBuy, the insurance company they work with (AIG), nor the contractor dispatched ever bother to check Model and S/N of the refrigerator to see if the latter party can work on it. Now BestBuy wants to dispatch yet another tech for the 3rd time. In short, don't buy this refrigerator model or Samsung in general (another Samsung fridge had a similar issue and was replaced with this one), and don't buy Geeksquad Protection. It's totally useless and BestBuy and the company it works with do a terrible job. I spent hours on the phone with them all pointless. Going to file a BBB claim, but I have little faith in BestBuy's handling of this.

    Very happy with the fridge. The extra shelf seems a bit unnecessary until you actually have one - then you realize it is excellent for organizing, ease of access, and energy efficiency. The ice maker is also way better than the one on our last fridge which always got jammed up.

    Best Buy sales guy at store was really helpful. He guided us through all the models and we picked this one. It looks great and it’s working and keeping all the vegetables fresh.

    Ice maker in freezer does not work properly. Samsung bring new ice maker as they have a lot of problem with this.

    Nothing wrong with Best Buy the refrigerator had issues from factory- sticky protector foam was applied to exposed surface ( one part of refrigerator had a plastic film protecting finish but the other side didn't. Samsung could not help with situation since they were at fault, Best Buy wanted to replace but its was a hassle to get in house and set up and it was not worth it. Other than that the other issue is ice maker and water dispenser makes a mess and there is no tray to watch overflow.

    This is a very nice looking fridge. Everything works well and has a lot of storage space. It took some time getting used to slamming the doors, otherwise they don't close. I would knock off 1 star because it doesn't dispense ice cold water.

    Love this fridge. Started getting cold fast. Hit 38 deg within 3 hours. Ice took 12 hours to make for the first batch. Which you need to throw out anyways. After that, it wasn’t long before the tray was full. Easy to link to wifi. You won’t be disappointed with this fridge.
