I absolutely love it. It’s big and has so much storage. Definitely worth every penny. Brand new with all the wrapping plastic and parts untouched or used.

Love love love this fridge! We needed more space in the fridge area vs freezer. Plus it has a flex zone that can be used either way. Great fridge for people that buy their groceries weekly per menus, and need space in the fridge area.

I wish the inside was bigger I thought it was and when I has it delivered it seemed smaller, but I have grown to like it.

Great new refrigerator does exactly what i expect. It works well. Has loads of space for all the beers and steaks.

This is a great refrigerator with quite a bit of room however there is not much room in the door spaces due to the very large water dispenser/ice maker.

Beautiful! New tuscany stainless finish, looks great. Delivered as promised on time. They scratched the door upon delivery but Best Buy compensated accordingly.

This refrigerator is very nice and seems to be well built but does not have a lot of fancy things to it. Kinda plain but so far works well.

Mark Gilmore is an ourstanding store manger he took care of this delivery issue that involved choas of them coming back 4 times between delivering fridge and picking up old one

All ok except for one issue. The top left shelf is missing or has no bracket or support at the middle.

I did my homework when looking for a fridge. This one was at the best price for fridge room. The geek squad installed it. They where the best even the headache that it caused. 10/10 would buy again. Beat buy you have a customer for life.

Very happy with Samsung refrigerator so far. Really nice to be able to check the refrigerator with the app to make sure the doors are closed and the refrigerator is operating normally.

Bought a new refrigerator at Best Buy. I am so happy with it. Has double doors, large bottom freezer. Looked around first at different stores. But Best Buy had the one I liked at the best price.

I love my Samsung Refrigerator. It’s more than I thought it would be. The guys that set it up were fantastic. They were fast and respectful. I will do all my ordering from Best Buy from now on.

Great refrigerator. Side by side is good but really like the freezer and beverage drawers.

I loved it till I tried to lift the top half shelf. I had to call Samsung on lifting it. Then Tried to take out bottom shelf to clean and couldn't do it. Called Samsung and they sent video and my husband and I couldn't do it. They are having some company call me and still waiting on call. Horrible design. Why would someone make it so difficult to take out a shelf. It should be so simple. Still waiting on help to get it out.

Large fridge, but there are also other large fridges which do not have major design flaws. The ice maker has no guard on it and unless you have a perfect size glass, makes getting ice a chore. The cubed ice function does not work well because of the design of the ice maker which has a bar and a churner which crush the ice no matter what. The filter has been run through gallons of water and it still tastes full of charcoal. I am not super pleased and I definitely have buyers remorse. For similar prices there were better options available.
