    I had to wait tdd for 1 1/2 months to get the refrigerator and then it came damaged. Almost 3 months from the start and yet no help what so ever. I will not EVER buy from BEST HUY ever again.

    I am not very happy with the limited space the refrigerator has.Also, the glass above the drawers gets moisture so it looks like it is dirty and I don't know how to clean it. I am very frustrated. The Freezer section is great.

    We bought an updated version of this refrigerator in 2021 Best Buy messed up the warranty paperwork but they could not get the paperwork corrected at the Coporate level. The Supervisors on the Store level asked if we would take a comparable refrigerator to solve the problem. The refrigerator listed here is the compromise. What a let down. This refrigerator has no water pitcher or open door feature.

    I've had my refrigerator for two years and it mother board has went out twice. now i have to buy another one again. i also hate how hard it is to clean.

    We bought the refrigerator had it delivered only to find the freezer did not work. I tried to call but your phone system does not work. I had to drive to the store to arrange to return it and get a refund. Not happy with your company

    The only problem is the ice maker seems to be unable to dispense the cubes only without a few crunches. Almost like the CRUSHED function and the CUBE function are both on.
