    I ordered the flat black and I got the stainless steel. We kept the stainless appliance. But it isn't my favorite.

    Please be aware of the black stainless finish, its just a plastic layer on top of stainless. It scratches off easily and will not last. As a fridge, it works great, but cosmetically it won't look like new.

      We are happy that this Samsung refrigerator model is working as intended. We wish to help with what you are experiencing with this unit cosmetically.

      We understand that over time, wear and tear, of home appliances takes its toll on the overall appearance of the unit; hence, the creation of the Bespoke line where panels can be replaced at a much lower cost.

      Alternatively, before the Bespoke panels were introduced, Samsung has touch-up paints for cosmetic repair. I have shared the website of our authorized distributor for parts and accessories below. Visit their website and check out the touch-up paints available.

    I initially purchased this fridge as the price was reasonable and it wasn't the lowest end of the range. Due to Labor Day sale pricing, I decided to upgrade and am happy with that decision. The main features that this unit was lacking was metal cooling (aesthetically pleasing), dual zone cooling, showcase door, and an auto-fill water pitcher.

    This fridge is not what is expected, very hard to rest filter change., water after ONE GLASS turns warm. frist delivery guys would not INSTALL HAD TO WAIT A FEW MORE DAYS FOR THEM TO COME BACK AND INSTALL IT very disappointing and very unhappy with their service

    Looking at this, it’s big. But the shelves are not really adjustable. The only place for milk is in the door, or in front of retract the shelf. The door on the ice machine side has very little room. Hopefully we won’t have the problems with the ice maker that I’ve just learned others have had
