    Had this fridge installed in my old house where it tripped the breaker constantly and my new house where this trips my GFCI constantly. Came home to spoiled meat! Contacted Samsung support and the only thing they can recommend is to plug the fridge in a non GFCI outlet which will not pass code for the garage.

    The young man that helped us was so knowledgeable about The refrigerators we were looking at. It only took us ten minutes to complete our entire visit. It was such a great experience, thank you Best Buy. Got an amazing deal on my dream refrigerator. Will be back for more appliances!

    This is an updated product I had previously owned. When I moved , my new house contained a side by side I hated. When this bottom freezer snack storage was it on sale, I jumped on it!

    Overall fridge is good but the shelving on left door is basically useless the way they designed it. Also top left shelf has no support beam so anything remotely heavy making it sag.

    Best Buy had more in-stock refrigerators than any other store, making our selection process easy. Item was priced right and delivery was great. The refridge is very good, no complaints. My wife likes the draw feature.

    Love the layout of this refrigerator. Beautiful. The freezer stays at 0. The refrigerator temp fluctuates & would not stay at 37 until we put to 34. Staying near 37 is important.

    The fridge was had several large dents in it when it arrived. The delivery guys were awesome! They hooked me up with customer service and we were able to come to terms I agreed with!! Love the fridge and the delivery guys!!

    Would be 5 star BUT: 1. APP is almost impossible to use as they don’t want you to have a safety VPN or fire wall on device and creates a “fridge” Wi-Fi that conflicts with your home one. 2. Freezer door designed to have a “door bin” to hold smaller item as pull out draw in freezer only goes so far do to that bin should be there but they say it is an accessory now ( had it on model this one replaced) but seems no way to purchase it. Best Buy did give us a $150 gift card but rather have the door bin,

    We purchased this Samsung refrigerator during Best Buy's Labor Day sale on 9/5/2020. It took until 10/6/2020 before the installation was completed.

    I love my refrigerator! There is so much storage space. My only complaint is the black stainless steel coating doesn’t seem to be holding up well with regular use.

    I purchased this unit for my ex-wife (really for my daughter but you get the point). My 7 year old loves it. I'd recommend this to any man that wants brownie points (but nothing else) from his ex-wife.

    I recently purchased this refrigerator after my last fridge gave out. I have had the refrigerator for two weeks now and so far I love it. The delivery guys had some trouble getting into my kitchen that they dented it and scratched it a bit though.

    I BUY A LOT OF PRODUCTS FROM BEST BUY AND I HAVE NEVER HAD A PROBLEM UNTIL NOW. I WOULD WRITE A REVIEW ON THIS PRODUCT, BUT I CAN'T GET THEM TO DELIVER MY FRIDGE. SO FOR NOW, DON'T BUY THIS FROM BEST BUY, GO TO LOWES OR HOME DEPOT. THE CUSTOMER SERVICE WON'T EVEN SOLVE THIS PROBLEM, THEY JUST KEEP MAKING ME WAIT.

    Refrigerator stopped working after 11 days. Called Samsung first and they scheduled to send out a repair person. The repair person cancelled the appointment so we called Best Buy. Best Buy then said they would replace the refrigerator. Samsung repair sucks, but at least Best Buy was there to help out.
