    Bad Refrigerator

    Refrigerator stopped working after 11 days. Called Samsung first and they scheduled to send out a repair person. The repair person cancelled the appointment so we called Best Buy. Best Buy then said they would replace the refrigerator. Samsung repair sucks, but at least Best Buy was there to help out.

    Missing freezer door rack

    The freezer is missing the door rack even though there is a notch in the door to house one. My previous Samsung fridge had that.

    The black stainless is an awsome finish. No problems with setup and works great. Water drips on start up so read instructions and purge the air from the system and then no proplems.

    they professional installed refrigerator with no mess, they did not need the water line and i was told the money would be refunded to my card in 10 days, but that never happend

    Terrible delivery. Left my new Fridge in the Dining room..never removed the old fridge says the water line is broken, not true old fridge still delivers water. No supervisor ever returned calls. A nightmare I paid for service...Never will purchase from Best Buy

    Excellent overall, great lighting, easy access to middle drawer and freezer, not so easy to reach the back of the upper shelf, great icemaker! Overall greatly satisfied.

    Broke with the common ice flap problem.

    This refrigerator broke after 1 1/2 years with the common ice flap door problem. Seems to be very common. Samsung warranty is only one year. The third party samsung repair service is very hard to get in contact with as well. If you buy a samsung refrigerator get the best buy extended warranty, you will need it.

    The undeliverable refrigerator!

    The delivery process was not a good experience. The delivery man refused to unload the frig. Because my furniture was in the way. I’m not able to move furniture due to health issues. So after a few snippy remarks on his part, he left with the frig. still on the truck. He stated some one would call and they would deliver it the next day, that never happened. I canceled the order.

    Went to Best Buy to look for a new fridge after ours went on. Had the best prices and very friendly and helpful associates. Will definitely be doing more business with Best Buy.

    Still leaves hand spots... it does not do what it says it does.... it’s supposed to be anti fingerprint resistant ... it’s not
