Recommended by best buy staff. No problems so far. Love cooling sections and great lighting. Quiet and working as promised. Freezer drawer on bottom is a plus for me as I can see what I have compared to my old one.

Just like many of the other owners of this fridge, I feel that the noise is excessive. I used to own a LG and since that died on me I thought I would try a Samsung. After reading multiple reviews on all the different types available, it is hard to tell which one will have the least problems. I do not understand why after a 100 years of the home refrigerator being invented we still have problems with these things. The freezer door is easy to open, but the top drawer does not come forward all the way. The metal on the front is not magnetic, this may be a negative or positive for you. For the amount of money this fridge costs, it should have better sound dampening. At least it keeps my food cold for now.

After we moved into our home 2 years ago we decided to wait to purchase a new refrigerator. We wanted to look and compare before purchasing. We checked Home Depot, Lowe’s, Sears, JC Penney, and Best Buy. Some stores had what we liked but price to high. After we compared we choose to purchase at Best Buy. We were able to get our double door refrigerator with the bottom pull out freezer. We are so pleased with our purchase the sales person was amazing, the delivery was great. Can’t say enough good things about Best Buy customer service.

I had this fridge installed in my new home for about three weeks now, but as we have not moved yet, I can't really tell how good it is. All I know it is quiet, is working and looks nice in our new kitchen.

We love it! Lots of room inside, well lit and runs quiet. Ample room in the freezer along with a cool little storage basket in the door. Delivery folks were on time, professional and took the old fridge away.

I love the design of this fridge. Plenty of room. Adjustable shelves. Ice maker is small but makes it fast.

So much better than our old fridge. We love the space and how much room we now have. Interior layout of the fridge is ergonomically designed and is very multifunction. Fantastic choice!

so far so good--the exterior gets water stains too easily but the unit is quiet and maintains temperature well.

This frig is everything I thought it would be, spacious, easy access, and guiet. Storage is great in it, a lot of space, beats the side by side in everyway!!!

I love my new Samsung refrigerator. It has so much room. Though not a fan of the small shelves in the door.

We use this in our office and have two of them for 160 people..works great for space especially with the freezer on the bottom. My co-worker even went and bought one for her house after seeing it!

We bought a Samsung fridge and I cannot stop staring at it!!! It's beautiful and roomy and so easy to see everything! I love it!!!

Ice maker limits space on door shelves. The refrigerator is annoyingly noisy. Had the techs out to check it but they say it is all right. Difficult to put things in the upper drawer of the freezer. It doesn't open far enough. Even with these issues, feel the refrigerator was a good buy. Just need ear plugs.

The fridge is amazing so much more space with very little upgrade in size from my side by side. The freezer drawer pulls out easy even when full. Great purchase would do again.

Samsung appliances were recommended to me by several friends who just redid their kitchens. So far I'm very pleased. Lots of space. Great design. And the Best Buy delivery team was great.

Really like the size and construction. This fridge is noisy and the icemaker is slow dispensing ice into a cup. For an item of this cost I was surprised about those deficiencies. Overall still pleased

This refrigerator is very spacious, and can be configured in many different ways to suit your needs. I'm still moving shelves around to get the best use for the space. I especially love the cool select pantry and the huge veggie bins. I was concerned that the freezer would be small, but it is so easy to organize everything that the space is used much more efficiently than my old side-by-side. Overall very pleased with this purchase.
