Don't buy a Samsung

Samsung's policy is to only refund the cost of the unit. They will not refund accessories required for installation or sales tax which resulted in over a $200 loss. We had the unit for less than a month.

1.5 years old - Freezer and icemaker non-functiona

Called the fridge a peace of sh1t and said it needs to be replaced. 1.5 years really? I will never , ever, ever, buy another Samsung product.

Piece of junk

Called Samsung and because its over a year they can do nothing. You think that a fridge that cost $2,000 would last at least a couple years. Junk!!!

Ice dispenser broke after 19 days
