Love the size and the easy to use features. Freezer space is also large with a nice sliding compartment for smaller items.

Within the first month of receiving the fridge, the control panel for the ice was malfunctioning and would switch from water to cubed and then to crushed all on it's own. Was pretty annoying to here it randomly triggering all the time and switch to ice while you're trying to get water. A service rep sent by Samsung replaced it for free and we have no issues now.

This refrigerator is roomy, and it's easy to see everything. I love the pull out freezer.

Overall this is a good fridge, it has plenty of space inside and it does what it is supposed to do...it keeps your items cold. The complaints I have are all pretty minor: 1) The ice dispenser is very slow...it produces ice fast but when you try to get it through the door, you will be waiting longer than you would like to fill your cup with ice. 2) The doors are not magnetic so you will not be able to easily hang items on the front. The sides are magnetic. 3) The inside of the left door has a lot of "shelving" that is close to unusable thanks to the ice maker. You can find some very narrow items to fill the space but that is about it. The everyday person should be able to find enough space elsewhere though. tldr: overall a good fridge I would consider again in my search since the complaints I have are minor issues

It was a bit tight getting in the house but the BestBuy team did it.. It looks and works great ,has lots of space inside .

The refrigerator is quite and equipped with easy to use functions.

The ice maker is slow to dispense and it always breaks the cubes. The crushed is not really crushed, just broken cubes. The freezer is great!! The shelving is great!

Good fridge but small ice maker. I wish it had a bottom ice maker

We have so much room in the refrigerator and it has great organizational qualities. We just love it! I would recommend it to friends and family.

Love my new refrigerator. It is so spacious and inviting when you open the doors. It was wonderful having the extra room over the holidays for all the goodies.

Amazing amount of storage space in both the freezer & refrigerator without sacrificing much floor area. The ice-maker quickly replenishes the storage bucket.

We absolutely love our new fridge, we’ve always had side-by-side refrigerators, we took a chance on this new Samsung and WOW!! There’s so much room I don’t know how I did it before. We entertain a lot this makes it so easy for party platters to fit in the fridge and there’s plenty of freezer space too. I would never go back to a standard fridge ever again.

This is my second Samsung Refrigeration. Previous was side-by-side. Pros: Easy to open doors on both refrigerator and freezer. Like the size of the deli/fruit/veggi drawers. Like the capability to flip top sheft on left side. Very handy when needing taller space for those 2 liter bottes! Like the right side shelft that tilts inward. Very handy when putting large got with lid or other taller items. Like the locking handle on freezer. Love LED Lighting, especially in freezer. Ice cubes are finally a good size and amount distributed, for Samsung appliance! Cons: Water/Ice dispenser seems to splash outside of cup, onto the dispenser button. No matter how close you have the glass to the top of dispenser. Always having to wipe it after use. Wish top tray in freezer would pull out a little more.

My favorite things about this fridge: the gunmetal grey color is the BEST. It never looks dirty! The fridge is really spacious and the freezer is pretty spacious. The French door style fridge is great. Things i don’t like: The freezer door is weird and doesn’t always slide all the way open? Or maybe it does and I’m doing it wrong. The left fridge door is pretty pointless, storage-wise. Overall I’m glad we bought it and I don’t plan on ever getting a different one!

I purchased this fridge after just moving into a new house and was not disappointed. However, never owning stainless steel appliances before I had no idea how hard they are to keep clean. So far that is my only beef with this product and if that is the only thing that comes up all will be good.

Writing this review after a year of ownership. Everything has worked well, except for the stupid ice flap that opens when you dispense ice. The control mechanism failed and started flapping non stop! Literally every 10 secosns, open close, open close. Of course this happened after my one year warranty with Samsung expired. Knowing that these Samsung fridges have problems with the ice flaps, I purchased the extended warranty thru Best Buy to cover it totally got 5 years. Best decision yet. Best Buy had a tech out (eveb during COVID) in four days. Not bad. It's worth your money, but buy the warranty to be stress free.
