The Good - The fridge is beautiful and spacious, it has a ton of room and I have to say the people at best buy were amazing at every step of this journey. Big Big thanks to them The Bad - The first one was delivered and it didn't cool, something about a cracked compressor circuit. Of course all of our food sat out for days and was ruined, Best Buys was super quick to get us a replacement one and it works great except the Ice and water buttons are faulty and it jumps back and forth between the different settings at random beeping as it goes. sometimes it goes for a few hours with out jumping other times it sounds like the old video game "pong". we will call in for service but as of right now its two for two. not what we were hoping for.

The only reason I've no given five stars is the ice and water dispenser.

We purchased this fridge because our old one had gone out. I love the space in this fridge and am surprised with lived without this much space before.

works great, it has plenty of space , i love the freezer distribution as it has taken use of all dead space.

We love the wide shelves. The lighting is great, too. We never have to juggle things around to make room for additional bowls, etc.

Spacious, quiet, aesthetic, and energy efficient. Adds to the look of the kitchen. Freezer has lots of storage space, even bigger than a double door refrigerator. Ice and water fountain is very efficient and and is high enough for filling large bottles.

Does everything you expect a fridge to do. Great price and great look.

Despite our desire for no in-door ice dispenser, there wasn't a suitable model available that didn't have one. This fridge replaced an LG with space-saving ice maker that worked pretty well. The ice dispenser on this Samsung was poorly designed -- everytime ice is dispensed it leaves sno-cone type ice in the shoot which melts and drips so there's always a need to keep a paper towel over the "drip" catcher, unless you fish all the ground ice out. Interior design is pretty good, and the freezer capacity is great. Didn't think we'd like the black stainless steel, but it's pretty slick and goes well with the rest of the black appliances.

Ice maker takes too much space, good product otherwise

Haven't had it long, but are enjoying the space and flexibility.

This is a really great refrigerator, but there are two areas of concern so far: 1) The doors require a LOT more room than the total unit's width in order to open properly. 2) The freezer drawers don't pull out smoothly - I feel like I'm going to break something every time I open it. With these two small exceptions, this is a really good unit.

Too noisey, pops, cracks, hope this stops. Puechasec one month ago.

This refrigerator is not only beautiful it is efficient too. Looks fantastic, doesn't collect a lot of prints and runs quietly.

Enough space, lots of light, good size, good quality

Lots of storage space and love the design. There is water droplets on edge of doors when energy savings mode is turned ON. No issue when energy savings mode is OFF. A bit noisy when compressor turns ON but only when rooms are very quiet.

We bought a Samsung French Door refrigerator from the local store after shopping around and seeing this open box item for much less than comparable models from any other store. There is a small dent in the freezer door, another on the edge of the freezer door, and we noticed after installation that our water line to the fridge was leaking and that there was a small piece of plastic broken under the freezer door. We were able to replace the water line without a problem. The Best Buy/Geek Squad installers were professional and courteous.

Love it. Wish the ice worked differently tho. Sometimes have to hit ice paddle twice before ice starts. Wish it could be collected for later.

Love all the space. It looks as good as it works. Family loves it.

I love the space it offers, especially to store pots with lids or just tall items. The ice though takes forever to come out. I don't know if its just my set up. the fridge its self or because we hardly use it.
