Beautiful refrigerator, so much space and very bright and cheery inside. Love the instant water and ice in the door. It's also very quiet.

Very happy with my new fridge. Lots of space but not an enormous eye sore. Cooling zones through for even temperature and good control in drawers.

My wife and I were debating between this model and the LG equivalent. This model holds the most and has a beautifully lit interior compared to the LG model. However, one thing I regret is that the LG models have a better ice making system that can be opened to empty the ice tray to put extra ice in the fridge. You can't do that with the Samsung model, and the left door compartment space is kind of useless because of the large ice receptacle in the way. Maybe you can put a Caprisun in that little space. But I still love this fridge!

This fridge is wonderful and absolutely we love it. The only reason I gave it 4 and not 5 stars is for the set up. We bought the floor model one from our local best buy and had it delivered. The guys were super nice and did a great job getting it in. They left and we put food in. The problem was it was never taken off demo mode and never got cold. I had to call Best Buy the next day because they were closed by the time we realized, but they never answered their phone after many tries. So I then called Samsung directly who did answer and walked me through the issue. Disappointing service after a high ticket purchase.

This is a great refrigerator with plenty of space both in the top and the bottom freezer. The ice maker has not given us any problems.

limited space to store tall items in refrigerator section. cubed ice when dispensing spills over from your glass and the water dispense is angled in a particular way that often squirts against your glass. Outside of these issues, it is a good refrigerator/freezer.

The unit is quiet and works great. Almost too great had to experiment with temps to avoid freezing on top shelf. Only drawback and that is something I should have thought of...To get into cold cuts drawer you have to have both fridge doors open. In retrospect I might have gone with the fourth drawer.

We were determined to purchase a whirlpool kitchen suite and researched many products for about 6 months. At the end of the day, we just couldn’t feel confident in whirlpools quality with contemporary emphasis on electronic controls. The fridge is the main workhorse in the kitchen and this fridge gives the biggest bang for the buck- it’s huge, feature rich and seems more reliable than the whirlpool products. We really love the space, features and convenient layout.

This Samsung refrigerator is wonderful. Lots of storage space and makes ice quickly. Delivery and installation service was great!

This refrigerator is great spacious and beautiful. It has been working great as of now I will update this review in a month.

We were looking for a bigger refrigerator. This is a perfect size. It is a little hard to reach the back side of the top shelf, and the freezer is a little deep, so you need to bend your back, but we still like this refrigerator. We were worry about the noise from other reviews we read, but it is no problem at all.

We've had it for one week and we really like this refigerator. It is a little noisy when making ice, however the sounds are not too obnoxious or interrupting, for example like when you're watching a movie on Netflix or Vudu. I like that you can set the temperature of the unit, both the freezer and the fridge to a degree as opposed to a number. The water dispenser is high enough that my grandchildren can't spill water all over the kitchen floor like they did with my old one. The amount of room you get is cavernous. It has plenty of room for everything. What I don't like is people like to touch stainless steel and the finger and handprints show. If you have a standard door, you will have to remove the doors to get it into your house. It's a little heavier than your standard fridge.

We like the fridge, especially the flip up shelf. It is nice and roomy and the deli and veggie drawers are nicely sized. The ice maker is not my favorite in that crushed ice is more like chunks and there is no way to just reach in and grab a few cubes of needed. It is also VERY slow to dispense. Ice is important for me, so would not choose this particular one next time. One other small issue has been that the freezer pull bar has come unattached several times on one side and I have had to reattach it. Almost seems like it comes about every 3 mos.

What a beautiful and LARGE machine. Certainly beats my old side by side. Looks very sleek with maximum space. Love it!!!!

The price was great, the delivery was professional and excellent./But, we had bought a range/oven that was not as pleasant.

It's only been a couple of weeks but so far have no complaints with this fridge. Lots of room in the fridge. Temperature stabilizes once it's on for a few days. Ice maker is a little slow.

Very happy to buy this.All appliances I have now are Samsung. Refrigerator I got is really good, user friendly, very quiet.

Previous refrigerator was cramped for space. We can't fill this one. Easy access to everything with the double doors.
