This Samsung Refirg really is nice. Tons on inside space which we enjoy for family of 4, with room to spare. Other said it was loud, but ours is very quite.. make sure you level it! My key complain is the exterior. VERY hard to clean! Not really sure if really stainless steel. Magnets will NOT stick to it. Hard to clean with anything. If cleaned well, would be a 5 . Water is cold and ice is fine.. so far! One other odd feature, when both friend door are fully opened, the produce drawer still wont pull out all the way as they hit the edge of French door, odd design flaw

Plenty of room. Keeps my stuff cold. Easy to reconfigure shelving. Ice maker could be better, it has needed service a couple of times

I am still trying to get used to this fridge. Our previous one was a side by side. Not really understanding what the narrow door shelf is for. I also think there is supposed to be an ice bucket in freezer but there isn't one. Going to BB as soon as I can to find out.

Over all everything is great. It would be nice if the status lights would stay on instead of turning off after a few seconds and if the water-ice buttons were illuminated. So much storage and great lighting

It was a good choice for refrigerator. It is very functional and has more available space.

love the Samsung look and the dishwasher is so quiet that we keep listening to see if it is actually running!!!...The french door refrig is much better than our old side by side....The Better- Half actually loves all four of the replacement kitchen appliances......

I compared prices with the other stores and I got the best deal at Best Buy

First time I've had a French Door style fridge/freezer. Even though they physically do have more refrigerator space than side-by-sides, I'm not entirely sold that all of the available space is usable in this fridge. Also, the ice machine (perhaps because the ice machine is in the refrigerator and not a freezer) constantly has semi-crushed cubes when dispensing whole ice. The entire unit itself is very quite and looks great in our kitchen. All in all, I'm pleased given its price.

The only reason it is a 4 is the ice dispenser is slower than we are used to. Great product. Lots if room!!!

We looked for the perfect replacement fridge for our kitchen, and found the Samsung products to be perfect. The size is great, at has all the bells and whistles that you need. And the best part is the drawers in the freezer are solid plastic so that nothing falls through.

Very bright lights which is nice. This is big. Lots of room in the freezer and expected a little more in the fridge. Dents easily, be careful.

Wife loves Tempe fridge, very roomy and spacious for the fridge and freezer...only con is that it only has one ice maker and it’s small, does it’s job well for now but we will have to wait till summer hits to see if it can keep up

Overall we love this fridge- it's a deceptively big and has a decent amount of flexibility with the shelf arrangement. For things like extra milk you can slide a part of a shelf back to allow for the tall items. The freezer arrangement is great too, and the drawers slide really easily. The only downside we've seen is the ice maker- when you try to get ice from the fridge you'd better have a large bowl ready because that stuff flies out in all directions. Otherwise love it.
