Bought this for my wife. She loves it and I think it looks great. A few minor features we don't like is why I only gave it 4 stars. First it is not as roomy as I thought it would be. Not much space for drinks on the shelf. If not for the tilt shelf feature the shelves would be useless for drinks. Secondly the ice comes out very slow! Also wish it had a crushed ice option but as slow as the ice comes out it you would need 30 minutes to fill the cup. Other than that I am very happy with it so far.

I am in love with this fridge. Its sleek and stylish - and has tons of storage. I am able to stay organized and see where everything is. This is replacing a side by side fridge. It was a great value at $1699 on sale. I highly recommend.

Like everything about this item, except that top shelf in freezer doesn't pull out all the way like the freezer drawer. Also would like the deli drawer to be split so that I don't have to open both refrigerator doors to get to it.

Absolutely love this fridge. Very spacious compared to my old side by side. Shelves can be manipulated to just about any configuration you could possibly want. I really like the convenience of the freezer on the bottom, roomier than the side by side.

Love the big double door opening fridge. Good interior design with drawers and flip up shelves to accomodate tall bottles. Not so good is the interior design of the ice dispenser. Leaves very little room in that door for jars. Whilst I think the ice maker is fine and serves its purpose better than most, my other half says the ice is not dense enough. It melts too fast. I don't know if replacing my old fridge with this one did the trick, but my electric bill is down 30$ in the middle of a very hot Florida summer.

Because my ice maker went out before it was 2 weeks old. Still have trouble with cubed & crush indicator not working

Love this fridge. The only thing we're getting used to is the small containment area in the fridge where the ice machine is. The positive of that is a great and durable ice machine. Cosmetic issue and we don't mind it at all.

We are happy with the cubic feet. Is quiet and runs well.

Love the pull out deli drawer at the bottom. Great for party trays. Only downside is the shelves on the left door are a bit small and the water hose in the back is a little short. Other than that, we love this fridge! We did have a really hard time getting this fridge into the house though! Wouldn't fit through any of our doors. We had to take the doors off

I love this refrigerator. fits in the same space as my old frig but has so much more room it is incredible. Love the design.

Sitting in a quiet semi-dark kitchen at 6 am is interesting when you own a brand new 2k fridge, RF28HFEDBSG. First off is what happens to the protective film. That film appears to have been put on during assembly. Today there are ragged torn pieces hanging out all over the door edges, never to be removed. This gives your fridge a wonderfully clean ragged edge. Next, there are the many noises this thing puts out. Hard to describe; hisses, putts, burps, bangs, chunks, spits and squirts. The ice looks like hardened snow chunks instead of the ice we are used to seeing; and even after Samsung turned the freezer down to minus 2. Next there is the ice maker. What an event that can be; sounds like a heavy coffee cup is dropped onto the floor, Sounds like one cube hits the kitchen sink, sounds like one or three cubes are dropped into a hard plastic bucket. The sounds coming out of that ice maker makes you think it’s coming apart any minute.

Bought this fridge two weeks ago. It is roomy, quiet and easy to clean with Windex. The only thing we don't like is water and ice tend to splash around if a glass is not placed right under the dispenser.

Was in the market for a larger refrigerator and choose this one because of past good experiences with Samsung products. After a year, I haven't been disappointed. Energy efficient, spacious storage and quiet. The water filter didn't last as long as I would have liked (sensor indicated a change was needed after about 8 months), however I have kids who drink a lot of water. Delivery and installation were important because the refrigerator doors needed to be taken off to get it into my front door.

I have had this for about a year now. I absolutely love it. The controls are all easy to use. The shelves give you lots of different options for placement. I especially love the long narrow drawer. I keep that full of water bottles and sodas and they are always perfectly cold. The only thing I don't care for is the ice maker. The cubed ice comes out slowly, loudly and with a lot of small, crushed ice.

We have the full size model, thankfully we did not get the counter depth one. Pros: The door compartments are great and hold a lot of stuff. The freezer is very large with plenty of storage. Con's: The refrigerator shelves are movable, however the mounting spacing limits tall items like 2 L pop bottles or a gallon of milk. and the shelf under the ice maker cannot be installed at it top most position. This prohibits it from being aligned with the shelf to its right, without lowering that shelf, (which isn't going to happen). The Ice maker is rather slow at making ice, not sure why. Overall, my wife likes its.

First new fridge. Awesome space and cold real quick.
