Going to a French door style from a side by side takes some getting used to. It is an excellent fridge with great features. If I was just reviewing the fridge it would get 5 stars. However, the initial fridge did not work and we lost a lot of food. The customer call in number and service were major failures. Best Buy can do better. The delivery and the nightmare that ensued were logged in customer feedback.

There a lot of small touches that equal up to one pretty awesome refrigerator. Lighting, efficiency, storage space, everything is just nice - highly recommend.

This refrigerator is perfect. I had one in the rental we had before purchasing this home and it was a must have on my appliance list. The only difference between this refrigerator and the one we had in the rental is the ice doesn't come out fast and seems to have some sort of frost on it. I will have to look further into the causes of that. Otherwise... I can roast a turkey and set the whole thing in there if i wanted to. I loved this so much that I recommended this to my father-in-law in Illinois so he went to the Best Buy in Decatur (which is about an hour and 15 minutes away) and bought one too. He had to get a smaller one though because of space issues.

have had it for a month works great. Makes a good amount of ice, water comes out chilled. Really like the versitality of the shelves. Only down side is ice maker parts in the door make door storage very little in that door. Over all great buy

Love the two door upper fridge area. Freezer is a little awkward since the drawer does not pull out far enough. Overall we like it.

This is a good refrigerator and works very well, I love it for that, but the icemaker is among the worst I've used. It makes ice very quickly but when you go to dispense it it crushes or shaves the ice no matter what setting you have it on and it is SLOW to get any results. On the bright side if you want to make snow cones this does a great job!

This fridge is fantastic. It's easy to use, the buttons are very responsive, and the space in the fridge is perfect. The features are great for the price. It looks beautiful in the kitchen. The ice maker/water dispenser works great. I haven't had any issues with the appliance, and I am very satisfied!

The 28.1 cu.ft. refrigerator will hold a massive amount of food and beverage at a set temperature from 28 - 37 degrees with a great ice maker and water dispenser. The 9.1 cu.ft. freezer is the largest in it size and will hold more than enough food for a large family. Overall a great refrigerator.

I bought this fridge after lot of research on different models, Its been a month and so far I didn't have any issues. Cooling is excellent and ice maker is good too though a bit noisy at times which I heard is a issue with all the fridges. I'm not complaining though and love this product!

Couple of thing I like - it’s pretty and modern and looks great. The price point was also attractive. Problems... the door flap / wing on the left side door didn’t work on our first fridge. They actually had to replace the whole fridge. Also like everyone has already said, the ice dispenser is annoying slow.

I am very impressed by this refrigerator. All of the extras work as advertised. If there is one thing that I would say that I had an issue with is that I can hear it at times but that is really not an issue and would not stop me from purchasing another if I had to. Very happy with it.

This fridge is a beast but it does what we wanted. We have several kids and the are constantly eating and drinking. This fridge ha a lot of good space that is re configurable to accommodate tall items as well. The drawer inside is perfect for all the kids items like juice, string cheese, etc. iwever with kids, we found that the stainless skin dents very easily!

The stainless steel exterior is sleek and easy to clean. The interior has adjustable shelf and plenty of space for every food item to refrigerate. The interior light is bright. Closing the door does get some getting used to because you have to really push it in. If not, you'll hear the alarm telling you the door is open. The ice comes out slow. It's a great appliance so far.

I love my new fridge the only issue I have had is the spot where the eggs are stored - inevitably one egg in the back always gets cracked and I normally have to clean up the egg storage area. This issue requires some improvement, but it's not bad enough that I wouldn't buy the fridge.

We have had our new samsung fridge for about a month and are in love with it. Super quiet and tons of storage space! Only draw back is it accumulates smudges very easily. Fabulous fridge.

This refrigerator has great capacity for a larger family. I didn’t give it 5 stars because one side of the freezer door builds up frost I remove daily.

Like it so far. Performs well. Ice maker is small though. Love the room.

The frig is awesome. It has a ton of space in both the fridge and freezer section. I especially like how easy it is to adjust shelves for larger items. looks great and is quiet too.

We have had the frig 3 weeks and like it very much. A lot of room . We really like the layout. Huge freezer area. We hope it lives up to the Consumer Reports reviews.
