Bought in open box sale. Paid 1000. W tax. No paperwork but I was able to go online for manual to know how to program temperature and other. Good deal. Love it!

Lots of space on both the fridge and freezer. Lighting is a nice touch too. My only complaint is that the ice maker, especially crushing ice is quite slow.

I love my new fridge and would recommend it to friends. It's great to be able to put large platters in the fridge when fixing serving trays instead of having to use several bowls and then transfer to tray later.

This refrigerator is superb. Everything works perfectly. From the moment following installation this has been the best I have ever owned. I love that I can see the temperature settings on the outside. I use the ice maker a lot because I care for two feral cats outside and at least three times a day during the summer, I fill their water bowl with ice and add water. So far, I have no complaints and I would recommend this refrigerator as a Best Buy. They have maximized the space in both the refrigerator and the freezer perfectly. I am extremely happy with this purchase.

I like the features of the fridge especially the adjustable shelving. The water dispenses at an odd angle, but overall my family is enjoying the appliance.

So far so good. I have read a lot of horror stories about problems people have had and I was a little nervous about purchasing a new one. The instillation was fantastic! I love Best Buy! I have purchased all my major appliances from them and everyone of them has been wonderful from instillation to durability! This is my first refrigerator with the bottom freezer and I love it! Lots of room in both refrigerator and freezer. Runs quietly.

This refrigerator has so much room. I love that the shelves adjust for different heights, and the led lighting is perfect. There is more freezer space than I though too.

Nice cold water dispensed from the door. Oodles of room for big platters. Freezer accommodates pizzas. Great refrigerator!

I'm very disappointed in my Samsung refrigerator. Barely a year old and the doors are rusting through the finish! If you Google this issue you will see that this is a wide spread problem with all Samsung refrigerators. Also, this is not a Stainless Steel door. Nothing magnetic will stick to it which is another thing I did not know until I got it home. My guess is they put cheap plastic over a rusting steel door which is leaching through after a short time.

So far so good! Looks good. Nice amount of space. Others complained about ice maker being loud, It is only loud when the ice is dropping, which should be expected. The only negative is how the water dispenser nozzle points to the back instead of straight down. I've spent a lot of time wiping spills. I've learned with refrigerators only time will tell.

I've had this refrigerator for two years now. I researched this heavily, and despite seeing negative reviews (at that time), I made the purchase. In my opinion, the negative reviews in the past are perhaps bogus or Samsung fixed whatever people had issues with. This is a very good refrigerator. Samsung support was a very good experience. I called Samsung and only had to wait 5 minutes to speak to a rep. I told them about my water container having a small leak around the seal and they sent me a new one without charge that arrived 5 days later. My ice maker (which seemed to be what a lot of the negative reviews stemmed from) has not given me any issues. It did freeze up one time, but that was from my kids leaving the door open. We turned it off for 6 hours to melt the ice and its been fine ever since. Good - Surprisingly, really like the water craft inside... use it ALL the time - Really like the Family Hub display screen... very nice to have family pictures rotating, weather reports, etc. - Also surprisingly, really like the pull out chilling drawer. Very good for cold cuts, cheeses, or foods your family uses a lot. Often saves on opening the main doors. OK The Family Hub is very cool (as I am a very tech driven person), but I haven't used the inside cameras very much. I thought they would reduce our family from opening the doors as much, but in real life, it takes too long to look into the frig via cameras. They also don't cover the whole inside (ie. the door shelves). As for the food inventory that the cameras detect, not very practical as well. Bad: - the bottom freezer shelf pull out mechanism is very flimsy and breaks easily.

I love it’s capabilities. The ice maker is a bit slow. It’s really well designed. The instant cold & freeze feature is very nice.

This is my second Samsung refrigerator and love everything about it, with 2 exceptions. The ice dispenser on the door drips and the cubed ice comes out crushed most of the time. This refrigerator unlike my previous one is noisy when it's defrosting and doing who knows what else.

Its roomy and easy to clean. Holds a ton of food plus we got it for about $900 off retail for a small debt but we can live with that

overall nice size, not too big not too small. however, disappointed that it is loud compared to other fridges i’ve used in the past & friends’ fridges... also the water pressure is fast & not centered. if you’re not aware you will spill water on the floor! also the packaging/plastic at the edges is hard to peel off...

Plenty of room and options. Couldnt be happier.if you have the space get it.it looks so pretty you dont notice how deep it is next to counter.

This refrigerator keeps all of our cold cuts, fruits and other items fresh and last longer than the expiration date. It's a plus that this unit is an energy saver. I highly recommend this unit.

There were so many bad reviews of the unit making a bunch of noise and other problems that we had pretty much decided not to buy it. When we came into the store our salesperson talked us back into it saying we could exchange for a new one if it did not work well. We have been pleasantly surprised with how much we like this Samsung refrigerator! It works great and the only sound I can hear is the ice dropping in the ice maker (as you would expect). We did buy the extended warranty in case anything came up. So far it has been a great purchase.

Excellent refrigerator. Lots of room and love the purified water! First fridge we have had with the bottom freezer and honestly I think it is my favorite setup. Had almost a month and only complaint is the side with the ice maker, the door storage is a little useless because the ice maker is so large but it makes up for the space elsewhere. Very quiet. Bought as a clearance item someone returned due to size, otherwise would not have purchased due to price.
