Got my fridge on an Open box for a huge discount and I couldn't be happier. It showed up without a single scratch on it and the only issue with the door best buy stood behind and fixed. Overall I saved over 1000 dollars doing an open box deal and got basically a brand new fridge. Would highly recommend people check out the open box selections for any major appliance. It comes with the full warranty and is generally a return that was returned right away because of buyer remorse. I've also bought my macbook pro laptops this way as well! The fridge is a huge upgrade from the side by side I had before. I'm still getting used to it, but I really love everything about it so far. Quick tip, if you have condensation on your door, turn off energy saver. When energy saver is on the heater in the door turns off and will cause condensation. Geek squad guy showed me that trick! Would highly recommend best buy, and their open box products!

Plenty of storage and easy to use features. Got a good price and leveraged a tax holiday to make the deal even better!

We bought this fridge to replace an old Kitchenaid that was top of the line when we bought it. We absolutely LOVE this fridge! It's the same size as our old fridge but has better lighting and organization so you can fit at least 1/3 more food. You can see everything you have in the fridge at a glance so food doesn't go to waste. We are very happy!

Would give it 5 stars but iv only had it 3months. Il post anotyher review in a yr but as for now I love the space and capacity it has. I have 5 kids and we go through food pretty fast so I need all the room I can get and I love it.

Great fridge, couple drawbacks, drawers don't open far enough to have super easy access. Second, not much door shelf space.

It keeps food cold Ice maker is noisy when ice drops in bucket, but have gotten used to it now. Have had to screw freezer handle back on, but I think that was installers error. Freezer drawer is hard to slide back to get to food underneath

We purchased this refrigerator after looking at several different name brands. We had read reviews on several web sites along with Best Buy customers comments. Fantastic replacement for our side by side refrigerator.

Just bought the black stainless steel model. Very nice finish with plenty of room. We went from a side by side, 26 cu ft to 28 cu ft. Our old fridge was silent as a mouse, other than the ice but that was to be expected. This fridge is very loud. Geek Squad out to the house 6 days later to look at it. Nothing to be fixed. Was told all newer fridges sound this way because of variable speed compressors, and that the more expensive models with 2 compressors are even louder. Why in the world would anyone make a fridge that makes this kind of noise? This isn't an improvement over older models. Our we going back in time and not forward. You can't tell me that customers would be happy to own a fridge that sounds like something from the 50's-60's era.

We have had Samsung refrigerators in the past and they have been great. In fact, the most recent one we bought was as close to the old Samsung as possible. Problem was, it was not cooling/freezing very well. We call Samsung and went through their diagnostics and nothing worked so they had us contact the Samsung authorized repair center. It was a shop we have used before. We called and they said they no longer repair refrigerators! Called Samsung back and they said there were no other authorized repair shops in the city. All they could do was replace it. We returned to Best Buy and they indeed replaced it. The new unit works great. Best Buy was very accommodating. No problem with the exchange. So, we would actually give Samsung and Best Buy a 5 star. But the no authorized repair dealers is a bummer. Samsung said they are currently looking for someone who will take on the contract.

Initially we had a unit that had a dent that was discovered during unpacking. . Best buy delivery person quickly arranged for a new unit to be delivered and installed and this fridge has been working fine since.

I always like the Samsung brand and the best buy has very nice staff to deal . I am satisfied with my purchase.

So far we love our new refridgerator. Installation went well although it would have been helpful for tech to take a few minutes to show us a few things. For example, after an hour there was no feeling of coolness when we opened the door. It should have begun getting cool. Nothing in the limited manual provided a solution so we went on-line and discovered that it more than likely arrived in "demo mode" and once we figured out how to turn that off it began to cool. Another issue was figuring out how to remove the ice bin. Again, found the solution on-line. And lastly still trying to figure out the foldable shelf. It appears the tech should have removed a screw in place for transport to release the shelf. We don't have the correct type of screwdriver so this issue has yet to be resolved. All these issues are relatively minor but very frustrating and just a few minutes with the install tech to go over how things worked would have been helpful. That being said we do love our new fridge.

Very happy with the storage capacity and size of our new fridge. We had shopped around quite a bit before deciding on this particular one. We decided on white and not stainless steel, and I'm so happy we did. It is extremely easy to clean and doesn't show finger prints at all. I especially like how part of the shelves move up allowing for taller bottles when necessary. It was worth all the time and effort as it is the perfect choice for our family.

As advertised. Works great. Heavy ice Demand in my household and this beast keeps up without a problem. Have only had it a little over a month but with a household including 3 teenagers it's doing the job

easy to access all shelf's. Like the sliding shelf for large item storage.

She’s so beautiful. We call her Sam. She’s everything we ever wanted in a fridge and we’re shocked when we walk into the kitchen and see her, because we aren’t used to this fanciness!!!
