Pros: -Nice layout. French door rocks -Looks good. -Water + Ice dispenser works good -Don't make much noise -Good for price -Energy efficient too.. Cons: -Stainless steel surface is thin. It takes the dent very easily -It's not smug free . Difficult to keep it clean

SAMSUNG makes excellent products. I purchased 24 ft. Refrigerator, for myself. Liked it so well, I purchased this one for my Daughter. Has a lot of great features!

The ice maker does not switch from cube to crush very easy. The left side door needs to be fully open to open ice tray, so make sure prior to purchase you have no obstructions, also it has no wheels, making it hard to slide in and out..

Just purchased and like how you can customize the shelving for different needs at different time.

Great price to size ratio. Seems like there is enough room to hold food for a small village

We really love our Samsung refrigerator. We researched and compared before purchasing one a year or so ago for our prior home. We didn't hesitate to buy another one for our new home.

Very pretty fridge. I love the freezer because it fits so many things even pizzas better. I have heard that the service is going to be hard to find and if found supper expensive. So im a little wary. First 6 months great though

I own 2 Samsung tvs n never had a problem with either. that's why I bought all Samsung kitchen appliances. great product and great price

Only had this refrigerator for 3-4 weeks, but so far we are very impressed. Really enjoy the water & ice thru the door. French doors really maximize space & access.

The refrigerator was up and running cold in a few moments after we plugged it in. No problems since. It is remarkably quiet. Water took a while to get through the filters and system, but works great once it was given time to properly bleed through. Stainless is a little hard to get used in terms of fingerprints, so as far as where you grab the handles versus touching the doors took a few weeks to get used to.

We love our new Samsung 28.1 cu. ft.refrigerator and freezer, as it is quite large in capacity and it keeps our food very cold and the freezer works very well too. Not only does it look great, but it works in a fantastic way. When the ice cubes are dispersing into the cube holder, it does make louder noise, but other than that, we are very pleased with our new appliance.

Despite all the pros and (more concerning) the cons, this fridge exceeding all my expectations to date. Ice maker can be a little noisy when dropping ice but expected and acceptable.

This is a warranty replacement for a previous lemon. I like it better so far.

We got this refrigerator to replace our side by side white refrigerator. I couldn't of chosen a better replacement! LOVE IT!!!! It even makes your food look good with the beautiful LED lights. There is so much room in this refrigerator! Love all the features of it. Buy it, you won't regret it!
