I've never had the water and ice on front door it's one of my favorite features

The bottom freezer around the door is frosting not sure why yet and it runs a little noisy other than those things I love the space and ease of seeing things in it

Ice maker is a little slow getting ice to the door. Everything else is perfect.

Did my research and went shopping for this refrigerator! Lots of refrigerator room and having the freezer on the bottom makes it a very user friendly model.

I came from the traditional French door style refrigerator and this is a huge upgrade. I love it.

I love the fridge but the cons are the ice maker drops ice on the floor after it dispenses. Doors seem like you really need to push them close. Ice maker makes noises when filling. Not magnetic. Otherwise its great. Low room for tall items.

WE PURCHASED THIS REFRIDGERATOR ALONG WITH A SAMSUNG STOVE, MICROWAVE AND DISHWASHER. THE BLACK STAINLESS WENT WELL WITH OUR BLACK CABINETS.

It has only been a couple months but this refrigerator is great. Compared to our old refridgerator this one keeps our food better longer. Both fruits and vegetables remain fresher longer. The amount of space and organization options are great. The only thing I wish it came with was a bin to store extra ice in as the ice maker has a smaller capacity their our previous fridge.

Excellent appliance. Works perfect and solid feature is water pours towards the fridge as opposed to towards you, which minimizes spillage.

This is my 2nd Samsung fridge and I am happy. Love the ice dispenser. Lots of space inside and very well lit inside. I like the warning bell if the doors are open too long. Just know, if yuou get the stainless steel, like I did, that there will be constant wiping and cleaning. But I knew that going in to the purchase, so no complaints.

This fridge works great and replaces our last one that died. LOTS of space which is what we needed. Only complaint is that the water dispenser aims toward the fridge and is hard getting used to— water will sometimes miss our cups because we are expecting the water to either go straight down or slightly out toward us. Otherwise, works great!

This refrigerator is more than I could have ever wished for. I Love everything about it. And the sales reps at Best Buy are wonderful !!

Great amount of space. Looks great. The only negative I could mention is the doors hinges are pretty stiff and make opening and closing the doors different than any other fridge I have owned. Overall I would purchase again.

Very happy with purchase so far with the exception of the ice and water dispenser. They dispense at an angle instead of straight down causing ice to fall to the floor and water to spill down the front door,

Love the look of this black stainless steel fridge. The shelves can be moved, which makes storage of large items convenient. Love the double refrigerator doors and the freezer on the bottom. Filtered water and ice dispenser is great.

Looks good in the kitchen, well designed. The fridge is easy to reconfigure and is spacious. Features fridge and freezer temperature alarms. Freezer drawers are easy to manipulate and load.

Lots of modern design features not found on basic refrigerators.. The display features in the door panel, versatile shelving and drawers, and the bottom freezer/french door design, as well as bright lighting.. all pluses.. The minor negatives; price, the compressor could be quieter, a slight waste of space for the door shelves where the water/ice maker dispenser goes through the door, and the interior space the ice maker takes up, ice cubes are milky/malformed.. Overall height of the fridge at about 70 inches, made it just a half an inch too tall to fit under cabinets in older homes.. had to trim cabinets above fridge in order to fit.. Overall though, a really nice unit so far and we like it much better than our old one; just hope the compressor doesn't get louder over time..

This thing is huge. I love the storage capacity and ease of access to everything in it. Again it's stainless, so it's impossible to keep clean but it looks great when it is. The price was a little higher than comparable brands.
