Love the fridge. It's big enough to hold everything for canning season and I'm waiting to see what it can do during the holidays. Only down side is the amount of space needed for proper ventilation on the right side. Good thing I read the manual. Ended up swapping a cabinet to give it enough room. Not sure how big of a deal it is, but it's better to be careful. Plus my contractor wasn't finished installing yet.

Great refrigerator. It has so much more space than our old one. I especially like the ice and water dispenser. Also when you open the door or get ice or water, it tells you what the interior temperatures are.

Had this installed for our new home. Lots of storage and no issues so far. You can get Insignia’s filter instead of the Samsung one and you’ll be satisfied.

Had a similar model. This one is improved, larger and quieter.

The Samsung French Door Refrigerator has so much space available for everything you would want. Doors have storage space for a gallon of milk and all of the condiments you would like. Shelves are adjustable.

Love the space in the fridge, the only thing I did not like is that the installation was not done properly. The front doors are uneven, one is higher then the other one.

I really love this refrigerator but it has some odd features. The shelves in the door narrow and are almost useless. I do not know what I can fit in those spots that are only about an inch deep. There is not much room for items that are tall like milk and juice. Luckily I have another refrigerator in the garage. Also the ice machine is small so it doesn't take much to use all the ice.

Looks great and much more spacious than my previous model.

Replaced our 7 year old LG side by side as we wanted a french door. This one hit the price point and we like the better layout and more functional space. We find the water dispenser is a step backward and is prone to spillage and it comes out at room temperature. Ice maker has always produced cloudy ice which is no good for using in a cocktail shaker. Now my whiskey sours are a bit weaker.

The refrigerator is running quietly and keeping food and beverages cold. No leaks from the ice maker detected. Only issue is the difficult to remove protective plastic along the seams.

Love the color and size! There is wasted space on the door under the ice maker but overall, great space.

Well lit, lots of room, can change height of trays which is nice, only con is noiser than previous refrigerator.

I was fearful of the reviews I read about some of these units dying after only a few weeks or months. The Best Buy salesperson was adamant that Samsung was reliable so I went on his advice. I made a big mistake. The refrigerator worked great the first 3 weeks (conveniently after the 15 day Best Buy replacement period) but then was suddenly possessed. Strange things were happening with the display, alarm, and ice maker door. I got the error code PC Ch in a dim display while it was opening and closing the ice maker door repeatedly. A full power off and on would not restore it. I called Samsung and they assigned it to a local tech outlet. I called the tech outlet and they gave me an appointment 9 days away. I went back to Samsung to get another repair outlet. I called that place... they informed me they no longer do Samsung. The 3rd outlet was Dish(!) who were able to get to me in 2 days. While I was waiting for support, I found that the wiring harness had some sort of a short or broken wire(s) as if I touched it, the display would reset and sometimes stabilize. The tech (who was great) was able to confirm and find it was extremely unstable and unrepairable but had a hard time convincing Samsung tech support to replace the unit. He had to verify every wire and prove over video chat it was bad. Now, 4 days later, Samsung is telling me it may be another week before I get a replacement unit! Now 2 weeks with an unstable unit. Do not make the same mistake I made.... If Samsung customer service is going to reply with a sorry below, how about reaching out to customers who have a declared bad unit and getting them a next day replacement?

This is working great I have lots of room for food I am eating better now that food dose not spoil.

Ice Maker is too slow and a little sloppy. You must hold the glass close to the dispenser or ice gos everywhere.

At first the delivery have some dents then the second still have dents but fixed by Bestbuy people. They did all what they can to satisfy us. The ref itself is very good in terms of performance. At first, the freezer at the bottom on one side is not working but later it’s working after reading the manuals how to set the temp on that side. So far satisfied with everything and the whole family is happy with the ref

This fridge is the most spacious fridge I have ever owned! It is great for people with families. The extra drawers in the fridge and freezer help keep your foods organized. Highly recommend.
