I was fearful of the reviews I read about some of these units dying after only a few weeks or months. The Best Buy salesperson was adamant that Samsung was reliable so I went on his advice. I made a big mistake. The refrigerator worked great the first 3 weeks (conveniently after the 15 day Best Buy replacement period) but then was suddenly possessed. Strange things were happening with the display, alarm, and ice maker door. I got the error code PC Ch in a dim display while it was opening and closing the ice maker door repeatedly. A full power off and on would not restore it. I called Samsung and they assigned it to a local tech outlet. I called the tech outlet and they gave me an appointment 9 days away. I went back to Samsung to get another repair outlet. I called that place... they informed me they no longer do Samsung. The 3rd outlet was Dish(!) who were able to get to me in 2 days. While I was waiting for support, I found that the wiring harness had some sort of a short or broken wire(s) as if I touched it, the display would reset and sometimes stabilize. The tech (who was great) was able to confirm and find it was extremely unstable and unrepairable but had a hard time convincing Samsung tech support to replace the unit. He had to verify every wire and prove over video chat it was bad. Now, 4 days later, Samsung is telling me it may be another week before I get a replacement unit! Now 2 weeks with an unstable unit. Do not make the same mistake I made.... If Samsung customer service is going to reply with a sorry below, how about reaching out to customers who have a declared bad unit and getting them a next day replacement?

This fridge is the most spacious fridge I have ever owned! It is great for people with families. The extra drawers in the fridge and freezer help keep your foods organized. Highly recommend.

Great product and was perfect size for my family of three

At first the delivery have some dents then the second still have dents but fixed by Bestbuy people. They did all what they can to satisfy us. The ref itself is very good in terms of performance. At first, the freezer at the bottom on one side is not working but later it’s working after reading the manuals how to set the temp on that side. So far satisfied with everything and the whole family is happy with the ref

The Samsung refrigerator is nice but missed the mark in a couple of places. 1. There's a couple of shelves in the door that are so shallow as to be useless. Maybe you can fit a stick of butter in them? Why would Samsung produce such overall quality and then fall sooooo short in the shelving? 4-Stars out of 5 for this blunder. 2. The ice in the door takes a good 3 seconds of pressing the lever before you get ice in your glass. The wait bugs me.

We returned this item. The ice box is not insulated and freezes in the case and the ice doesn't work properly. Otherwise this was a great unit

Great fridge, keeps our food cool, has features we don’t really use such as the 2 humidity bins for deli items and stuff. Only complaint is that the door space is a little lacking, would prefer slightly more shelf space in the doors but the main part of the fridge more than makes up for that. The freezer is nice and convenient. Very happy with our purchase, have had the freezer for about a month and a half at this point (Jan 22, 2018)

It very helpful an easy to use in my family, we love it.

All in all this Samsung 28 Cu Ft French Door Refrigerator is super spacious and easy to organize. We purchased it with the Black stainless steel finish which is very beautiful, and easy to keep clean.

We have had this unit for about a month. Ice maker stopped working a couple of days ago. After removing the ice tray, we noticed a lot of ice build up where water had appeared to have leaked. We scraped out what we could, turned the ice maker off and let it thaw for a day. It is now working again. Other than that, it has worked fine, but it's only been a month.

Got fridge to replace old side by side. Plenty of size.

We bought this fridge for our new home. It has got all the features that we needed. Lot's of space especially the freezer is deep and spacious. Vegetables in our old Samsung fridge wouldn't last more than 3-4 days, the advanced cooling and humidity control technologies on this fridge are keeping the fruits and vegetables fresh for more than week, which avoids twice a week grocery shopping. Very happy with this choice.

Roomy and nice-looking fridge. We bought it about two years ago and have had no problems thus far. Very roomy, quiet, and easy to clean with stainless steel wipes. Recommended.

Had same refrigerator in SC and loved it so got one here. Love the size the set up inside is fantastic with options to change shelves. French door is wonderful as is bottom freezer

Quiet and easy to program. Ice maker slower than on previous refrigerators but will get used to it.

It's much bigger than the last one we had. I love it.
