Took me a while to pick out my new fridge, so glad we chose this one. So bright, lots of room and so far very happy with it.

Spacious for freezer and refrigerator. Works ver well with water system. Easy to clean.

Roomy and easy to access all areas. Lots of ice in a short time. Great for storing food for our parties and supplying all the ice we need.

Great space and design does the job well.. looks great too

The fridge is nice, great size and fit well. Love the black stainless. Purchasing in store easier than online being that someone can answer your questions. Delivery came on time and they called before arrival. Deliver guys not so nice. They didn't even want to move the fridge in place for me. I had to disassemble it myself and move it in.

I previously owned a Samsung which was almost 8 years old and although looked new was not repairable. I was told 7 years is what to expect out of a fridge so I walked into Best Buy DETERMINED not to buy another Samsung as parts were hard to get. I didn’t want to spend too much if it was only going to last 7 years. Samsung did the nicest, best features, value for money etc and with B.B. haul-away option I purchase another Samsung. The left door feels like it doesn’t close properly although it does seem to cool ok. When I walked into the store I found the Shop floor model had the same “feature”. Doesn’t feel as though it sticks closed. I spoke to Best Buy about it and they didn’t want to know (I’ve never found that before). So I will have to contact Samsung. So if you buy this fridge check this “feature” before the installer leaves your property.

Plenty of room, well designed. Only thing I would change is accessing the pantry drawer requires opening both doors.

So far it works as it shouod. I've only owned this for 2 months now so take it for what it's worth. Love the LED and sleek look. The refrigerator doesn't allow for the shelves to be moved around how I would have liked to arrange them. Very limited there. Also, delivery was not the best experience.

Good fridge. Only thing I didn't like was one of the shelf has a middle bar underneath that prevents to add stuff that's since it'll hit it. Also the door doesn't close automatically like how other fridges would. It would just bounce or stay at the spot If that makes sense. Overall it's okay.

Large, good cooling programming for bins. Only wish it made more ice. If you need a lot of ice, look elsewhere

Very happy with our refrigerator purchase. Has all the features we were looking for and Best Buy had the best available price. Delivery was A+ as well.

Bought this fridge 3 days before Thanksgiving as my old one that came with my house I had purchased a few months before decided to go out. Luckily BB had Black Friday prices already marked down on their appliances so I got a great deal. It’s a beautiful, very spacious fridge that has changed the look of my kitchen. The LED lights make it look very modern. I don’t know if anyone else noticed this, but the water from this fridge has this really great taste to it.

My wife and I really like this refrigerator and the stainless steel look is awesome. It show's every fingerprint but it can be wiped away with a soft microfiber towel. The water dispenser leaked for the first week or two (just like they said it would) but has since stopped. I like the french door look and this was a good price for the type of refrigerator it is.

With a family of seven, we needed a fridge that we could not only fit all of our food, but be able to easily get to stuff on the shelves and in the drawers. This fridge has fit the bill and then some. Plus, this is the first fridge that we have owned with an on-the-door ice maker/dispenser that has worked like it is supposed to work without problems. We have owned this fridge for a few months now, and have no complaints so far. Hopefully it will stand the test of time.

This fridge is great on space and I love the French door style. If I could change two things, it would be to change the design of the door shelf in front of the ice maker as it's so narrow, nothing fits, and to split the select pantry drawer to avoid having to open both doors to get something on either side.

Refrigerator is quiet except when it is making ice cubes.

ice is not clear but solidly cloudy, dispensing is too slow.

This has been a great refrigerator. Love the water and ice maker. Very spacious, especially the freezer.
