After struggling for years with an inadequate (too small) refrigerator for five people (bought due to available space in kitchen) we purchased this one and just tore out three cabinets. Aside from losing cabinet space, the refrigerator has been great. No complaints about anything. I did read that Samsung was less than stellar with regard to any issues that might happen so we purchased the warranty plan with Best Buy. Only have had the new appliance for a month and so far am very happy.

Love this machine. Plenty of room inside and shelves can be moved around in multiple configurations.

We purchased this refrigerator in July 2015 and for the most part I like it. It's roomy enough and organized fairly well. As with most everything that's bought, you're always going to find things that you don't particularly like about it. This refrigerator is no different remembering that nothing is perfect. As of this date, 1/15/2016, I have not experienced the horror stories that some of the other reviewers have had and I'm keeping my fingers crossed. I did read these reviews before we bought and the reviews of all of the other refrigerators and guess what, they all have horror stories. So we purchased the Best Buy warranty program just in case and we're hoping we don't have to use it. That all being said here's what I don't like about it. The Wide Open Cool Select Pantry that that you can control the temperature on is really nice. We keep our deli meat and cheese in it and I like that it's flat, wide and deep. However, you have to open both of the main doors when you want to get something from there and I didn't realize just how much we go there. Now, this isn't really that big of a deal but we were trying to decide between the 3 door and 4 door refrigerator. The 4 door being the one that has the Wide open cool zone with a door you just pull out without having to open any other doors. This is just a difference in design and I'm not taking off any points because that was our decision and it's on us. Kind of petty but I thought I would mention it in case someone reading these reviews is trying to decide between the two. Now to my real gripe. The ice maker. I sure wish you could test ice makers before you make a purchase. This thing is slow and there's not a large capacity. When I get ice, I can hear it running but nothing is happening, then a few pieces drop, then a few more until I finally get enough ice. Torques me every time. I've checked the bin multiple times and it's full. Not sure what to make of it. It's also loud. The first few times I heard something I thought, what just hit the house. Oh, it was the ice maker. Now I'm used to it and it's not really a big deal. It's just noise. I was really struggling with the star rating. Going back and forth between 3 and 4 stars. I ultimately decided on 4 because the ice maker is the only pain. Everything else about the refrigerator is fine. I hope this helps anyone trying to decide on a refrigerator.

Bought this to replace my mother-in-law's aging refrigerator. Has all the features she needed, with extra bells and whistles. She almost thought it was broken though because she didn't read the manual and was worried that the temperature inside was at around 50 degrees all day the first day. I had to point out to her in the manual that it states it needs a full 24 hours before it will reach stable temperatures. Since then, it holds a proper and stable termperature.

So far we love the fridge! We had to take the doors off to fit it into the house, and it was very tough to follow the instructions for separating the wires and water line. Once we spoke to Geek Squad it was much easier, but that came after a lot of time and frustration. But we are very happy with the fridge/freezer, size, etc!

Would highly recommend this fridge! Tons of space, quite operation, and classy looking. Love it.

It is big enough for everyone everything I want. I like the freezer being on the bottom.

Got a great price on this refrigerator because of a little damage. Bought the 3 year warranty so all should be good

Recently purchased this appliance a couple weeks back. So far I am very happy with my purchase. It looks great, it keeps things nice and cold. I have a lot more space than I did previously and the freezer is big as well. I like the digital readout so it gives you an idea how cold items are being kept. If you want something better than a basic model but really don't want the internet in your refrigerator then this is the model for you.

Searched long and hard for right size and to maximize storage. Great looking, good ice maker and tons of space.

I am very happy with the purchase. I had to have the doors replaced before the end of the first week. I used Stainless Steel cleaner and the doors were coved in brown "freckes". Best Buy came out and replaced the doors. Now I'm afraid to use a cleaer..
