Love the way this fridge is set up and how configurable the shelves are. Only slight drawback is the door hinges do not "rotate up" when the doors open, so the fridge actually gets slightly wider than a standard opening.

We have had this Refrigerator for a couple of weeks and loving it so far. The only thing we were a bit upset about is we cannot put magnets on the door anymore. The Refrigerator doors are not magnetic.

Would have given 4 stars but it makes a loud noise when the ice drops

Refrigerator has a large capacity and a very modern design. Does not show fingerprints like most other brands.

After doing my research and getting a great price we decided on getting this refrigerator. We had the same frig older version and it was great so this is just an updated version of it. We are so far very happy with our purchase.

We lost power for 12 hours and once power was restored using the power cooling feature we were back to normal temps within an hour

We love our fridge and the space it provides. The ice maker quickly produces ice. And cleans up easily without fingerprints and messes left behind.

The Ice Maker is crap. Mine has been repaired 3 times now. The ice-maker is not covered under the Lemon Law. In other words they will not replace the item (refrigerator) if the ice maker is crap. And from my research, this is a "real" problem with this item.

This is a great by for the price. We purchased it on Black Friday and saved about $700. We are very pleased with it so far.

Only thing I'm unhappy with so far is that it's not fingerprint resistant as stated in the description.

This Refrigerator Works & Looks GREAT. The pricing was excellent, it was delivered and installed exactly as scheduled. Options make the refrigerator really useful for various types of food. Would highly recommend.

This fridge was originally our second choice, but after having it for one day, I’m glad we went with this one. It’s overall size and all the drawers/shelving space make this fridge he absolute bees-knees.

We previously had another Samsung fridge, and loved it. We decided to go with this one, which is slightly larger than our last one. We love this one even more! It's so well organized, we always seem to have room for more.

This fridge started out great but 3 years into it the ice makers started freezing over. After many times thawing it out I found a new replacement that was supposed to fix the problem that didnt work at all. So more money wasted. Then came year 4. Now the condensing line freezes up every 2 weeks and the fan starts making a terrible noise and the fridge wont cool down. So now I have to take the whole inside of the fridge apart and thaw the giant chunk of ice off the condensing line. So there's a good hour and a half of my life gone every 2 weeks. And as far as I've heard Samsung is doing nothing about it or planning a recall on a terrible product. I'm still surprised Bestbuy is selling this product

At first I thought the freezer below would be hard to find things but it ends up easier that all the deep narrow nooks on a side by side refrigerator. I had seen some complaints of noise but it is quite as can be for us.

Purchased Feb.2018. Wonderful unit would highly recommend and would buy again or recommend Divert was outstanding. Install was likewise. Wonderful, professional men who gave us all information we meeded.

have only had new fridge for 3 weeks. have had no issues so far, o really too early to make a review.

This fridge replaced a Samsung side by side fridge. Fridge is really nice. Led lights are bright. Fridge stays cold. Makes plenty of ice. Only thing wrong is that it puts a little heat off on the bottom right side.

Everything works great my only complaint is the finish is hard to keep looking clean and almost appears to have a rust type build up.

We had the first refrigerator come out wirh a dent. Best Buy since allowed two days later to replace it , with no problems.
