Great fridge, however, the filter went out about 5 months after purchase.

Beautiful refrigerator this thing is huge but the capacity of the new storage with the pull-out drawer and the incredible amount of space in the refrigerator with the French doors

With the price it is competitive, The machine does make some odd noises sometime though.

I don't like the stainless because you can see every drop of water, or print on it.

Not only does the ice maker make 3 times the ice of other icemakers, the ice isn't rock hard. It is perfect for drinks and for those of us who like to munch on crushed ice!

Within 15 days of having this installed, the ice maker quit working. When the Geek Squad guy arrived he said it was common problem and he would see every 6 mos. because that's about how long it might stay fixed. So I went back to store to change brands and have them pick this one up. Well today about 4 hours before the new fridge showed up, I discovered everything in the freezer had thawed. So within 3 weeks not only did the ice maker jam, the freezer went out. Not a good way to start out! Apparently the service people are aware of the problems - the sales people need to be also.

Very happy with this product. Between the great fridge, price at Best Buy, customer service and delivery. I would buy another one if I had the room in my house!

We really like all of the Samsung products we have two wash machines two dryers all or Samsung and now the refrigerator we are very very pleased with the product

Love it so far. Make sure you take accurate measurements of your space, it's larger than I thought.

This refrigerator is as beautiful as it is useful. It is very easy to SEE and store items in. The bottom freezer drawers also make it easier to see what is in the freezer.

The fridge operates well, but the outside will get dirty easily and is hard to clean.

the delivery personel was very friendly and helpful. they where in and out in no time at all. showed me how refigerator worked and all hooked up. thank you

So far, I like the ice and water in the door, the width of the shelves and the size of the freezer. The ice maker works well and the storage in the door is great. It is quiet.
