Maybe our expectation is high given this is a SAMSUNG brand refrigerator and we expect it works. However, we are completely disappointed that the fridge just don't work. After it was delivered yesterday by bestbuy, we were told to wait 5-6 hours for it to cool down. As of right now (after 24 hours), the normal fridge is >70F and the freezer is 64F. We made the call to bestbuy geeksquad per what they put on their receipt, and they don't have a technician until 6 DAYS later!!! I won't be that upset if it is a TV, but we are talking refrigerator here How about who pay for my foods that will gone bad since it is NOT cold? If it is 6 days, it might as well wait a month because that doesn't make a different to the consumer. Remember, I have to pay the extra $$ to have the fridge installed and if it doesn't work, I'll expect the technician will be available at least by the next day to make sure it works. On top of that, the BestBuy rep said the other way is to route over to Samsung department since this is still factory warranty and see whether they have technician that is available earlier. I'm shocked to find out that the call is then forwarded to the Samsung toll free and I have to start all over again. What s service, BESTBUY GeekSquad!!! You just send your trouble to another place, wash your hand and walk away!! I have been a big fans of BESTBUY for many years, but given all these "WORST EVER" experience, you have lost me as a loyal customer. Not only product doesn't work, service is the worst ever!!!!
