Defrost all the ice not in the ice tray and put it back together. That's if you catch it soon enough to even be able to pull the ice tray/maker out of the freezer compartment it's housed in. I've had it so frozen that I couldn't even get it out and basically had to defrost the whole refrigerator to be able to get the ice-maker out of the compartment. I've had warranty repair out to the house 3 times, each time saying it should be fixed now. They replaced different parts each time that Samsung declared was causing the problem. 3 different visits, 3 different parts, still the same problem. Now the fridge is out of warranty and I just do the defrosting ever so often to remedy the problem before it gets to the point that we have no ice. This is totally a manufacturer's defect and they have yet to fix it in this model and I'm left to deal with it on a regular basis. I have a microwave to match it and it just randomly turns on the exhaust fan and beeps and changes the clock's time randomly like it's possessed or something. I guess I better switch to a more reputable company when it comes to appliances or at least one that will honor their warranties and actually fix their mistakes.
