This fridge has been great with two minor exceptions. The doors have a tendency to bounce back open if you aren't careful when you shut them. It ins't a critical issue, but it is something you have to watch. The snack drawer also c an come off the tracks easily if you don't pull it out and push it in from the very center. All in all we would buy it again, it was a fantastic purchase

I love my new Samsung refrigerator. I looked at different brands and different Samsungs. This one gave me lots of room for a great price. I have one teen and one tween boy and I was finding that I did not have enough room in the fridge or freezer in my old side by side. I even have an extra freezer. With my new fridge I am finding that I can buy more to store in the extra freezer. It is amazing how much this will hold. It is well lit and I can put items in the fridge and freezer that I could have never put in my old one. It also has a great design to help us keep both the fridge and the freezer parts organized. I would recommend it to anyone. Hard to believe how much a refrigerator can help make your busy life easier.

I can't say much about reliability at this point, but what I do know is this fridge is head and shoulders better as far as features than our previous one. So far, it's been quiet and has tons of space and light. From what I can tell it keeps a good even temperature. Outside of a small amount of water that sometimes comes out of the ice dispenser (which I believe is just melted ice that got trapped when the flap closed) I can't say there is anything that sticks out as bad.

A very attractive and functional design, with superior interior lighting and access. Considerably better than the previous model of Samsung that has been the source of many issues. Glad to see that the company is improving its quality.

We love our new Samsung fridge. It’s so bright and roomy and has all the features we need to have our fridge and freezer organized and makes it easy to find food fast. So glad we bought it. Best Buy is a great place to buy appliances!

I bought this fridge for my wife. She loves it because of the amount of space and the different compartments. The lighting is excellent on the inside when the fridge is opened. Easy to install as well.

Nice and big! My wife and I love the space in this Refrigerator. The water and ice taste awful until you flush the first 3 gallons of water and the first two loads of ice.

If we don’t want fancy functions, just need refrigerator for what refrigerator do, then this is the right one. The water condensation when energy saver is on is little annoying. Also found ice build up on the freezer, but later found that it issue with fault installation. The cushion or filler( rubber like part that clings onto the door)was not installed correctly. Later geek squad has to visit home to replace/fix it. But other Working fine so far. But for sure will review back in couple of months.

Very pleased, bought this item after looking at plenty of other brands. The ice compartment is partially on the door and also inside the fridge but not bulky which was great becuase other brands offered bulkier options or slimmer ice makers for an additional price. The 28 cu. Ft. offers great space for my family of 5, and the partially retractable shelves were amazing for my leftover holiday dishes like the turkey which I would have otherwise would not have been able to store as is in my old fridge. My produce also seems to last longer with the drawer with 3 temp controls and two others with humidity control. Definetly a great buy and great stainless steel look!

I love this refrigerator! I have read a lot of horror stories about problems people have had and I was a little nervous about purchasing a Samsung. I looked at several different brands and decided on this one. I bought the extended warranty just in case. We have not had any problems so far. There is so much space and the interior lighting is really bright. It is very quiet and looks beautiful in our kitchen.

We are very pleased with the 28.1 cu. ft.Samsung refrigerator that we bought about a month ago after considerable on-line research. Both sections are well designed to accommodate different kinds of food. We would prefer more space for vegetables, though we are storing plastic containers of greens on a regular shelf. The doors hold an amazing amount of food. We decided against paying an extra $300 for the feature that holds food in a door without opening the rest of the refrigerator. We also would prefer to have easier access to the ice maker, but Samsung seems to have the best arrangement for this style with the freezer on the bottom. We find that the refrigerator is quiet despite reading reviews that saying that this model was noisy. The salesperson at Best Buy helped to decide on the best model in our price range.

We had been looking for a new fridge for over a year, and knew we wanted one with a freezer drawer- not a side-by-side. We saw this one in the store after we had gone to a couple other retailers. There are some nice "delighters" in this fridge that make a real difference- like the split-level freezer where you have a sliding drawer to keep frequently accessed frozen foods (ice cream, waffles; etc), a sliding drawer for cheese; etc, lots of great moveable space, and a door alarm for when the fridge is open too long (wonderful with a toddler).

Only had this for a month so can't speak to long term reliability. So far so good though. Really like the features and the room. Holds temperature very well. Ice/crushed ice/water through door works flawlessly. The only negative I have encountered so far is that the sliding shelf in the freezer doesn't pull out far enough. While workable it's inconvenient to get larger items into. Overall an excellent buy for the price!

This fridge looks great, has a huge refrigerator section, and a fairly large bottom freezer. The quality of the construction is very good. The digital display is very informative, giving the temperature of the freezer and refrigerator, and giving options to turn on fast freeze and other features. The only thing that I don't care for is that it is fairly noisy when it's running. The ice-maker will make you jump when the ice dumps out into the internal ice reservoir. It needs more sound deadening. Overall, I'm happy with this purchase and would buy again.

Good quality fridge with lots of rooms, compartments for different usage. The only things is the doors can not fully swing out and we have difficulty to remove the middle drawers completely out of the tray location for cleaning.

I love the extra compartments and how you can re arrange the shelving . The freezer has an extra drawer too and I love how much room the refrigerator and the freezer have !

Ice is a little slow coming out. You have to open both doors to get the wide drawer open. (of course but I didn't think about that before we bought it) Freezer is great holds a lot! We have had none of the noise some of the others have with the ice maker. We have only had it two weeks but very happy with it.

Love the french doors. It's great to be able to see all the food you have in the fridge! Fridge has lots of storage for fruits and veggies and deli items. The bottom freezer holds lots of food; it holds more than it looks.

I loved Samsung all my appliances are Samsung which is why I chose this refrigerator but it was a bit to wide for the space I needed so it had to be exchanged otherwise it had everything I wanted and the price was excellent

First had the Showcase - Was not at all happy - now this one without the showcase door but same idea - Quiet, cold, and love the bottom freezer and double door access to refrigerator. Best Buy was great to buy from
