We had the same refridgerator in another house and it was great. We moved and bought the same refridgerator. The ice maker didn't work at all so they sent us another one. This one continually freezes up and dispenses no ice. Did not want to try another Samsung. Ordered an LG and hopefully the ice maker will be better.

The worst refrigerator we have ever purchased. The vegetables mold even on the lowest humidity and the ice maker ices over when it dumps the cubes because they are not frozen. The side by side doors do not open all the way. The freezer has an upper drawer that is difficult to access. Very disappointed.

Worst refrigerator I've ever owned! The water filter housing started leaking within the first year and would fill up the lower drawer with water. The second year the ice maker started going out as the mechanism would freeze up solid with ice in the back of the unit. You could thaw it out with a hair dryer, and get about 2-3 trays of ice again before it would freeze up. I disconnected the water line from the fridge and gave up on these features. Now the bottom of the fridge fills with water once a week from the compressor condensation. I have to drain the fridge out every week or it will flood my kitchen to which it has already ruined my floor. I will never ever again buy a Samsung refrigerator! I hope the class action lawsuit goes through against Samsung and they have to pay out for the poor quality of these units.

Two months after the manufacturer warranty expired, we came home to a pool of water on the floor (melted ice from ice maker). The fridge is lit up with an error code related to the door wiring harness. Very disappointing experience. Should have listened to other reviews online.

Samsung has Ice Maker Issue: Bought Geek Squad Protection - scheduled appointment - no show - not notice. Spend 2 hours trying to speak with Geek Squad to find out what happened - put on hold constantly and ended up with canceled appointment and not advised of it. Called in next day - said 3 minutes wait -- on the phone waiting for 30 minutes no response. Watch out for Geek Squad for Appliances - they must (don't know for sure) contract the work - and do not have direct control over repair services; Customer reps were patronizing and could care less when they did go off hold.. Ask for supervisor they just shipped to another rep and we got put on hold again for 30 minutes.. Worst I have ever experienced.

I would give it zero stars. After multiple repairs and multiple months without a working fridge, Best Buy finally replaced my Samsung French door fridge. If you purchase any Samsung refrigerator be prepared for spoiled food, floors damaged by leaks, frozen fans, motherboard replacements and broken ice machines. The temp. displayed does not reflect the actual temperature and is above the food safe zone. Be prepared to spend may hours on the phone, getting a run around from agents. Be prepared to take days off waiting for failed repair attempts. There are thousands of complaints regarding these units made to the BBB, yet BestBuy still chooses to sell this Brand. Please research before you buy.

Very nice refrigerator. However, it was too large for our kitchen space. We returned it.

My previous refridgerator was an LG and I loved it. The only reason I do not have it anymore, is that we relocated and could not bring it with us. I went with the Samsung, because I thought it would be comparable. The quality is not what I hoped. I would go back to LG if possible.

3 doors convienent for elderly like us. Great lighting to see everything. Enjoy water in door.

It's okay. I don't expect it to last though, but time will tell. BB had to replace the first 2 due to damage, but all 3 had a loose right side door handle. The water squirts away from you for some reason, so large cups are hard to use. The water tray is the worst design ever.

When my new refrigerator was installed, the plastic hose was inadvertantly broken at the ferule fitting, and the break was not apparent until days later when the slow leak of water damaged sheetrock and flooring. This is a reminder to check on this type of thing when installing a new refrigerator.

No stars this is the worst garbage refrigerator I have ever bought. Ice maker never works, repaired and still doesn’t work, flap on door broke..just a horrible experience

Compressor is extremely loud. Shelf set up is ergonomically absent.
