Great fridge. Enough freezer space to store 2 large rib roasts, 70 pounds of chicken thighs/legs, 3 racks of ribs, 2 pork loins, and several frozen pizzas/lasagnas with room to spare. Ice machine works great, plenty of ice for 2 people. The shelves are easily adjustable(though I did have a few problems figuring out the bottom tray; it wasn't set up right at first and took a bit of effort to figure out how to get it to slide back and forth). Got this during the Christmas sale, and haven't found a price anywhere else within 500$ of what I paid. Definitely recommended.

Worst refrigerator ever made. Don't buy this piece of junk. Ice maker freezes constantly, The drawer in the fridge constantly comes off track. Terrible design all around.

Everything about this fridge is great... everything except the ice smells like a plastic band-aid. I've dumped a full load of ice from the maker 5 times and still, the ice stinks. Water from the door is fine, good even, but the ice smells like a newly opened plastic band-aid.

We love this fridge overall. Temperature holds very well, lighting is good, and space is great. The only complaints are the noise and the ice maker (terrible in my opinion!). However, my husband says the noises sound normal to him and do not bother him at all. I just think it's too loud when it's running. The amount of space is great, and we have really enjoyed the french doors. We kept our old fridge at first, because I was afraid a "drawer" freezer would not be enough space. We have plenty of room, with some left over (and we freeze a lot). The first one we got was leaking due to a bad filter, but Best Buy replaced it right away with no issue and we have have no real problems with the new one. Have had it about 7 months now. Overall, a great purchase!

I would never purchase a Samsung product again. The ice machines in this and other Samsung models similar have ice makes that are defective and Samsung has not fulfilled their obligation to right it. Feel free to go online and read the countless complaints - I paid $2200 plus for a top of the fridge and have to make ice is ice trays or purchase bags. Lousy!! I rarely have written a review on anything- had to here. Not to mention.. the Samsung model dishwasher was defective and had to get another brand!

I wish we wouldn’t have bought this refrigerator! We’ve not even had it a year and already had two service calls from it snapping and breaking in different places. The freezer drawer also makes a snapping noise when we open it so I’m sure it’ll be next. The freezer also makes icicles all over our food and we make sure it’s not fully loaded and have tried everything. The way the top is set up is horrible for taller items. This refrigerator is really a piece of trash and not worth even half the money we paid.

Absolutely terrible. I've never been so disappointed in an appliance before - it freezes up, it falls apart. It really is a heap of junk. It's actually put me off purchasing Samsung appliances for life. Never again. I did hear that there was a class action lawsuit against Samsung for this particular piece of garbage.

The ice maker has been a constant disappointment. We have had 4 repairs to date with the last replacing the entire ice maker.

Evidently the ice makers in these are horrible.. I have had mine over a year and it already needs to be fixed.

VERY DISAPOINTED... THE CONTROL DISPLAY PANEL HAS BEEN NOT WORKING PROPERLY SINCE THEY INSTALLED IT (CHANGE FROM CRUSHED ICED TO CUBIC ICED AUTOMATICALLY EVERY 30 MINS APROX WITH OUT TOUCHING THE CONTROL DISPLAY PANEL). THE REFRIGERATOR HAS BEEN REPLACED IN A WEEK TO HAVE THE SAME AND FRUSTRATING ISUUE WITH THIS SECOND REFRIGERATOR. A GEEK SQUAD TECHNITIAN IS COMING NEXT WEEK TO SEE THE 2ND REFRIGERATOR. TWO NEW REFRIGERATORS AND ONE VISIT FROM THE TECHNITIAN IN THE LAST THREE (3) WEEKS. VERY FRUSTRATING!!!

Size is great, but doors do not close smoothly. Also the doors do not open fully so that you can easily take out the crisp drawers and clean them.

ice maker stops working consistently. Shelf broke within months and can't find parts

This the absolute worst refrigerator, the twin cooling system after couple of years started ice buildup and then the fan would make loud noises. Turns out its a design flaw and not cover under warranty as the system is still cooling. Now ever month we have to empty and shut the refrigerator for a night to defrost the ice. Stay away from any Samsung refrigerator in general.

Do some simple google searches on Samsung ice maker issues and your web browser will be filled with information far more than I can do in this review. The ice maker has a design flaw, freezes constantly and has to be manually defrosted in order to get it working again. Whoever the mechanical engineer was that designed this needs their license revoked,

Installer said you must pull out frig to shut off water supply before changing the filter. Seriously?? Who designs this stuff.

This refrigerator was an absolute disaster. Thank god we had the service plan. After the 4th or 5th service call BestBuy offered to replace the fridge under our service plan. We got an LG and have been very happy so far
