This is a replacement for an older version. I like that the filter is at the bottom and a few other things but u Do Not like the fact that there is no Real door storage space. Most of it is so skinny and can not fit most things in the left door. There is room on the right door but none of it is adjustable. I thought I would get more room but the pictures don't show how skinny it really is. To leave w/a good note..i do like that the freezer drawer pulls out more than my last one.

This Samsung refrigerator is large inside with lots of lighting. And it has the fingerprint resistance finish. We are very happy with it.

It's a nice unit, bigger than the one we had! Got some features that we were without. Definatly more room!

We purchased the (pictured to the right) Samsung Black Stainless Steel 28-Cu. Ft. French Door Refrigerator that is truly fingerprint resistant. When it was delivered, there were small dents and a scratch in the left door. The Best Buy delivery team took pictures and immediately submitted a damage report. We opted to replace the door, which was ordered and replaced the following week. We are very satisfied with our choice of the Samsung Refrigerator and everyone we were in contact with at Best Buy.

After the refrigerator was delivered, it was more spacious than when we saw the unit in the store. Also, because it was unplugged, we did not see how bright it was when the lights turned on. We were pleasantly surprised. The 10 year warranty on the compressor was the reason why we purchased this unit. Our other $2,000 unit did not even last 7 years. We were not going to pay $1,200 to repair and replace the compressor.

Beautiful sleek design, its so nice. The only thing is the ice maker takes up so much room inside and on the door

Awesome quality. Super spacious and sleek looking. Only negative is that the water/ice dispenser sometimes makes a mess when you use it.

Never better, We love it so much. We use this fridge, and i cant tell any wrong.

Such a nice fridge! It was a little big for our space but now fits perfectly. We had it delivered and the guys brought it into the house for my husband to install (installation package was available). Note: when you first use the water dispenser, it leaks due to air pressure build up. Expel and discard several gallons of water and the leak should fix itself.

This is a great refrigerator, very spacious and trays can be adjusted to have space for tall bottles and more. Design also looks great.

So far so good. This was a big upgrade for us. Mostly it’s amazing. I have a few minor issues. There’s definitely a humming sound to it. Also the shelves on the left door are tiny because of the ice maker. I love all of the drawers and the freezer compartments.

Great refrigerator. Has lots of room to store things. The only negative is the ice maker is very loud.

Looks great and works perfect! It has a lot of space and the finish and quality is great.

2 things I would change if I could...the door does not shut by itself. On the good side, an alarm sounds after a couple of minutes letting you know it is open! There is not a tray in the ice/water dispenser area. Although it is indented a little, it seems odd and not sure if missing or comes that way. On the good side, I love the freezer on the bottom with the 2 different drawers and in the refrigerator one of the shelves lifts up to make room if needed for taller items.

Love the fridge and also the freezer space. Also the color and finger print resistance.

Great fridge! Love the auto fill water pitcher. The quick grab is cool too. Looks sharp and rubs quiet. If I had one thing I would say is that the compartments that hold milk are not as big as previous, so 2 1 gallon milks only fit after some alterations (we removed the metal bar). We also bought it prior to the pandemic shortage, so at the time our price was great. I noticed now they are $600-$800 more. Doubt we would have bought for that price.

I love the fridge it’s a bread brand, it’s so big and it’s easy to get water and ice.
