Enjoying the refrigerator and wish I'd gotten the 2 bottom drawers vs. just the one. My only hiccup is the ice maker is a little noisier than previous refrigerators with ice makers. Also, I'm not sure how to maximize the door space on the corresponding side of the ice maker, as it is not as functional for food storage as I'd like. Otherwise, great fridge :).

Fridge is very large and perfect for a large family. Plenty of space and drawers.

Samsung is very affordable. That's the good news. As with all things, change happens. My 10 yr old Samsung fridge was limping along. I replaced it with what I thought was a like model. No more butter dish holder in the door. No second ice maker down below. No more front tray in the freezer. Less flexible positioning of freezer divider. Made me sad.

Great fridge and great service. However, the fact that I have to put in 50 characters or more to submit this review is a bit annoying. I don’t know why a few nice words wouldn’t work. But because you keep sending me emails (4 a day) until I write something makes me wonder if it’s worth it. So, let me state for the record that if you buy something from Best Buy, they will hound you with emails asking for your thoughts until you actually submit something. And, for God’s sake, don’t try and skimp on the message. Make sure it is 50 characters or more.

I am so happy with this refrigerator. It is exactly what I wanted. The french door style makes it so easy to use. The temperature control works fantastic and keeps everything at the perfect temperatures. I read in other reviews that the ice maker is loud. This is not the case. No issues at all. Absolutely more than satisfied

Excellent fridge! Very roomy and easy to organize everything. We only use Samsung appliances in our kitchen, and they last forever with no issues! I love the technology of this fridge, it’s not over the top tech savvy, but it does have the ability to notify you when the filter needs to be replaced, if a door is open, etc right to the Samsung app. Love it!

Very bright and spacious. Easy to adjust temperature controls. The black stainless is beautiful.

Good fridge! Makes noises at random times but was told it’s normal

This fridge is great and keeps all the food cold. I left the door open for a few minutes to test it didn’t lose much of the cold and it has an Alarm if you do leave the door open. I put a bottle water to test the freezer, and in about 30 minutes almost solid. The Led lights which make it nice and bright was nice. The shelves worry me a bit doesn’t seem like they’re not very solid to handle heavy items. And the side shelves would help if they were a bit thicker hope they don’t break they are expensive to replace. I have a 12 year White Kenmore Fridge still working all original shelves some scratches but not broken. Only takes a wet rag and dry rag and cleaner wipe and it's clean. We remodel our kitchen and bought new appliances. Only downfall about this product is maintenance It scratches easily if you bump it with something sharp or solid? Cleaning it takes a little work, damp cloth and then use a Micro cloth to clean it. NO CLEANERS PRODUCTS! So if you have young kids. And they are not careful be prepared. Scratches are noticeable and it takes away from the look of the fridge. The stainless steel is more durable more scratch resistant but the black steel looks much better gives it more of classy look. I Got a great DEAL. Save $$ and another reason, I chose Samsung was because of their 10 warranty. That's all I can really say. Ask me again in 5 years. Love, love, love!! The French doors are amazing, the freezer drawers are much deeper than I thought. I love the separate humidity controls on the drawers in the fridge. The only “negative” is that the left door doesn’t have as much storage space because of the ice maker, but the fridge has so much capacity that it isn’t really a problem.

Perfect, holds allot. Multiple humidity and temp controls.

Great fridge! Easy to use, very roomy and easy to set up with WiFi

We’ve had it for 7 months and just like everyoneeee else, we have issues with the ice maker. When using the crushed ice setting, ice will get stuck at the chute and build up until no ice comes out. Then when you open the fridge door, the ice will fall all over your floor and make a huge mess. Besides the ice maker, the left door will sometimes not close due to the small hinge not folding in like it’s supposed to. So you’ll end up smacking the hinge then pushing it in to close the door. It get annoying fast. Unfortunately the fridge we wanted was back ordered and we had to get this junk.

Best decision ever. Love my Samsung fridge. Finger print resistant is really great. And I just love getting my appliances from Best Buy. They really have their act together with delivery and install, Professional, timely, considerate of the house and surroundings and they go over how to use the appliances as much or as little as you wish. Yup, the Best.

Overall it is a nice refrigerator for the price. A few minor items we noticed were the interior icemaker is kinda bulky and takes up some space. The 2nd issue is the freezer drawer does not pull out as far as it looks like it should, makes getting items from the back hard but not impossible. Overall a very nice unit just a few minor design issues, no other complaints.
