We had a traditional side by side that was so hard to find things; Not to mention it was too narrow and lacked freezer space. This refrigerator has so much space and is spread out so you can easily view everything! We were able to get rid of our chest freezer in the garage with how much space is in the freezer. Great price too compared to similar models.

Only have the refrigerator for a week now. Ice maker is awesome. Lower freezer is different but starting to really like it. Most of the use is the refrigerator on top makes much more sense. Easier to get to the food you would eat daily. Freezer good being on the lower part bending over your going to do that much less because you eat mostly fresh food.

So far happy with this model purchase.. Make sure the installation happens correctly,.. Had a problem with bottom shelf unit cranking sound,.. Took an appointment with technician post installation and found that the iron bar was installed incorrectly and switched the position in reverse..

I loved how easy it was to scedule the item, delivery was a great experience. the geek squad was very professional and quick. they were very freindly and knowledgeable about the product. The refrigerator is very easy to use roomy and spacious. so far I am happy with it. Overall I am very happy I ordered from Best Buy

I purchased my refrigerator online without seeing it in real time. It was way better than i expected. i spent weeks deciding on the perfect one for me. visiting several stores for pricing and offers. Best Buy was the best. The frig not only came with an ice maker, it came with a wyer dispenser and crushed ice maker. the inside is very spacious. I love it.

This fridge didn’t even make 6 months before the compressor burned up. BEST BUY did nothing for me because of the time frame. SAMSUNG was even worse. They kept denying my warranty, even though I had the receipt. After 20hrs on hold with various agents, I ended up with nothing but a broken refrigerator. I was told I’d get a refund, because the compressor is warrantied for years, but received nothing but lies over email and phone.

I really like this fridge. Ice production is sufficient. Water is nice and cold. Keeps all my food & bev cold. The sound it makes when you leave it open is just annoying enough to remind you to gently close it rather than slam it shut. It does what a fridge is supposed to do.

Its ok. Purchased this fridge for the water and ice feature on the door and the price. Was dripping water at first but realized the fridge was pushed too far back to the wall. Readjusted fridge, no more dripping. Not a lot of room for big bottles and less door storage then what I'm used to, but it will do.

Easy to use. large capacity. looks great. very practical

Only a few things I don’t like. 1. The doors get in the way of the crisping drawers being able to be pulled out fully. 2. No butter compartment on either door. 3. The compartment in the door around ice maker is wasted space. Too skinny to fit anything.

We love the size and convenience of the French door refrigerator. Organizing our food on the shelves and in the pantry drawers is very convenient. The freezer is also easy to group or frozen food. The icemaker and water is easy to use. The doors open easily and close very smoothly.

Love this. Finish is high quality. Runs quietly compared to my old Frigidaire. Plenty of storage with shelf flexibility and sliding back capability. Freezer is more than big enough to hold all of my old side by side freezer stock. Ice and water dispenser are an added bonus.

This is a very nice refrigerator. It has lots of usable space; it’s arranged well. However, the ice maker and water dispensers are very slow. The only feature I miss from my old refrigerator is the door-in-door. The freezer drawer is spacious though.

So far this refrigerator has performed well. There is a lot of room, and I enjoy the cool filtered water, which is easy to use on the front of the unit. The stainless steel exterior matches the rest of my kitchen appliances. The freezer is also spacious, and provides ample room for frozen foods.

So when are refrigerator went out, we thought ugh... shopping fir a new one. So many to choose from. Different sizes, with or without ice maker. Thanks to our salesman. The guess work was taken out. We are so happy with our new Samsung refrigerator. It’s amazing and so spacious. Thank you Best Buy.

Absolutely love this fridge. It is so roomy, the shelves can be moved and the outside dispenser works great. Nothing fancy on the dispenser and it is not needed. The freezer has so much room and is easy to find anything.
