We've had our fridge for a month now and it's awesome! There is SO MUCH ROOM in both the upper refrigerator portion AND especially the lower freezer drawer. It has 2 levels that holds TONS of items. The fridge also has moving shelves to help when larger items need more room. I would recommend to anyone!

Working fine so far. The upper foldup shelf attached to the icemaker isn't level; it sags down when a jar is put on it. That's the reason for a 4-star rating instead of a 5-star rating. But what really will determine its quality is how long it lasts. Can I post another review a year from now?

This refrigerator is beautiful inside and out! It has plenty of space inside and adjustable shelves to accommodate odd size items. The things I had crowded and stacked in my old fridge not only easily fits in this one but leaves plenty of extra space. The sleek black stainless is easy to keep clean and looks great!

We had been looking for quite some time before deciding on this one! So happy with our choice! It’s very spacious and the side compartments are perfect!! The freezer section is very large and perfect for our family. We purchased during the Black Friday pre sale. We got a great value!! Quick delivery also!!

Everything seems great (layout, brightness, cooming zones, etc.) after a couple days but I am worried about constant whirring/hugh pitched hum. If this is the norm and can't be fixed, I will need to return it. Its very noticeable and will leave your ears ringing.

I love the new design on this fridge, and I love how easy it is to clean, fingerprints just wipe right off. The LED lights on the inside are nice and bright. The only downfall is there isn’t much room in the doors.

Has a lot of space, and keeps things super cold!!!

Had it for about a month now. Everything works perfectly. Only minor issue I had was the freezer handle snapping off. Spoke to Samsung via chat and they sent me a new handle. Took a little bit of time, but it's not like the fridge wasn't working properly otherwise. Other than that, fridge has been great. It makes ice pretty quickly. Got cold pretty quick on first use. Smart features are limited but still nice to have like letting you know the door was left open and eventually closed. I heard a lot of random negative things about Samsung fridges, but so far so good for me at least. Only the one star because the freezer door handle breaking was a minor inconvenience.

Love it. Only one issue, where the water comes out for a drink, there isn’t a drain for it to sit on so water sits on the hard plastic if you drip any so needs to be wiped off all the time.

Absolutely Love the fridge can not say enough good things about it. With that said I will never ever buy black stainless again ever. three fridges later I finally got one that is not scratched and it seem like if you sneeze it scratches.

I absolutely loved this refrigerator but the ice maker is very temperamental and has again stopped working - this is one of my primary reasons for buying this refrigerator. Otherwise all is well.

Great fridge. It is actually 6 inches smaller than my old fridge but seems to be bigger somehow... ic3maker has plenty of ice, havent ran out yet even dumped the tray that 10 minutes later had people over and everyone was still able to have ice in their cups from the icemaker.

Love the new fridge a lot more space than I thought it had I like the SmartThings future it was not an easy delivery my delivery guy Josh and his partner didn't get his name did everything in their power to make this delivery will go smooth thanks guys

The only thing that bothers me about this model is the inconsistency of the ice cubes. Since this is my only gripe, you can assume that it is worth every penny. I love the use of space, and other features that make this a great investment for my family.

my Samsung french door refrigerator is great a lot of space in the pantry and freezer I love it looks so nice in my kitchen. My only thing is it is too long to get it. But it looks nice the geek squad is amazing.

Love my new French door refrigerator. It has lived up to my expectations. It’s very roomy and I can easily find things in it. One complaint that I have and it’s probably that I haven’t figured how to adjust shelf height to accommodate taller items.

WE REALLY LOVE THIS FRIDGE. HAS PLENTY OF ROOM AND I LOVE THE ICE IT PRODUCES. THE ONLY FLAW THAT I CAN SAY IT HAS IS THAT THERE IS NOTHING THAT CATCHES WATER THAT DRIPS. WITH OUR HARD WATER HERE IN SAN ANTONIO IT LEAVES A WHITE FILM ON THE FRIDGE. BUT OTHER THAN THAT, IT'S A GREAT BUY.

Sleek and practical refrigerator that provides a built in look. The stainless steel does not show finger prints. I like the double door fridge and freezer on the bottom design which allows for wide dishes and platters and what seems like a more organized food storage system.

I have had this refrigerator for only a month but I really love the room it has. It is my first French door fridge and I really wasn’t sure I would love a bottom freezer but so far it’s great! Has so much more space and not trying to squeeze items in.
