My family have been enjoying this model quite a bit. It was easy to install. Only issue is that the 3 yr old keeps messing with the settings for the ice maker. I've tried locking it but the 3 yr old knows how to unlock it.

What a wonderful addition to our home!! Love the new fingerprint resistant finish and the improved exterior ice/water feature is also a plus. The interior design makes the most of the food storage area too. Very Happy, Thank You!!

What a GREAT fridge!!! I cannot thank the delivery crew as they did such a fantastic job in getting the fridge in a tight spot! Great size of a fridge and worth the money spent! Very well laid out and glad we chose this one!

We've only had this refrigerator for 2 weeks. So far, it's perfect for all our needs. I've read many reviews about the ice maker, but it's works just fine. I love the adjustable shelves. It is very quiet.

I got this as part of a complete kitchen matching package with deals from Best Buy and Samsung, I ended up paying $1439. Bought the 3 year warranty just in case because of the ice maker. No complaints at all, everything works great, multiple zones mean multiple colds and humidity. Cold pop and produce lasts forever. Things are frozen solid. Looks great. So glad I did not buy the Kitchen Aid package and pay 4 times as much for a refrigerator that is just as big as the Kitchen Aid and has much better reviews than the Kitchen Aid. The ONLY noise we ever hear is when the ice maker drops a load. Have not heard the compressor. I will buy a Samsung again.

very spacious, easy to keep clean.. Only be careful not to adhere any magnet to th surface as the coating on the doors is very delicate and it peels easily

I was told several times that this refrigerator was out of stock and that I wouldn’t get it, but luckily that wasn’t the case. The delivery guys were very helpful. I love the fridge. It’s everything I was hoping it would be.

Our house burned down a year ago - bought all new matching resistant Stainless Steel products to go in the new kitchen. LOVE our Samsung refrigerator. It is large capacity and we like the simple water/ice dispenser.

I don’t like the tiny spaces that are on the door where the ice maker is at. There is literally nothing that can fit there. Others than that everything else is great! Do recommend as the rest of the appliance is spacious m.

We like our new refrigerator with it's sleek look, goes great with the rest of our appliances. Only problem is the ice maker takes a long time to make ice. So far we are very happy with it. We would recommend to others.

So far sooo good! Took a few days for freezer to reach recommendation of zero degrees, but it’s spacious and lots of lighting! This does run off wifi operations so that I didn’t know, but user friendly.

Love it ...paid a little more to get this refrigator over the one we originally picked out but it was worth it ..big and feel like has enogh space like that can adjust the shelves and good size freezer

the sales staff was very knowledgeable & I was able to purchase the refrigerator that fit my kitchen. The delivery was on time & the gave me instructions on features that I may not know about.

This is a great mid-level refrigerator, with a lot of space in both the freezer and refrigerator sections. Shelves are adjustable and it is possible to keep large utensils in the fridge if required.

excellent refrigerator and we love the space and quiet operation. The install provided by best buy was also excellent, with quick service, lengthy discussion of the operation, and excellent clean up.

Has plenty of room. Works exactly as you would expect. I really like that it connects to the Smart Things app. The app is really easy to use and you can control certain settings through your phone.

All is good except water and ice dispenser. Water dispenser is not easy to line up with bottles. Ice dispenser is slow. Tray under dispenser is inadequate which causes use of a lot of paper towels to clean up on front and floor.

Great refrigerator so far. The only complication is the water filter changing. Size is perfect and freezer seperator is great, water and ice.

Ice maker less than satisfactory - ice is very white (not solid) and send chips everywhere when dispensing as whole cubes (not crushed). Best Buy team spoke with Samsung and this is an expected issue on some refrigerators - lucky me. Friends of ours have the next size down and do not have the ice issue that we do. Consider another brand if ice dispenser is an important feature. Black Stainless Steel finish scratches very easily as we found out when moving refrigerator magnets around. Otherwise, it works as a refrigerator should.

Had this fridge for a little of a month now and it performs beautifully. App and door open alarm are awesome. Tested the temperature settings for both fridge and freezer with electric thermometer and it’s spot on.
