It's not really the appliance that's impressive, It is a Samsung refrigerator That alone is the gold standard for me But with any purchase and delivery you get There are always mistakes What impressive is the manager at Best Buy who went above and beyond to make it amazing His name is Will at the Farmington, Utah store He is what made this experience what it was Please hear me and seriously consider promoting this man to a position that better suite's his nature Head manager sounds about right He could definetly teach everyone aomething about costumer service

I love the refrigerator and the no print feature. The only complaint I have is the ice maker is a little slow in dropping the ice and it drips most every time you get water or ice.

Our refrigerator went out after 16 years. Purchased this Samsung due to quality of workmanship and features desired. Excellent refrigerator space in this French Door design for large trays and the like. Really like the swing up shelf at top allowing for taller beverages, coffee creamers, and gallon milk jugs to fit without having to find space on doors. The large pullout freezer compartment is definitely a plus as well. Following delivery and setup, system temperature setup was easy (from query on Internet). We were able to have fresh clean ice (following required purges of same per instructions) the next day. All in all, a very good purchase!

The best refrigerator I have ever had. It just fits perfectly in my kitchen. And I love the extra storage on the side of the door that has the ice maker

This fridge is big on all the right places. I have a rather large family and this fridge has more than enough space to keep them satisfied with fresh food.

Great fridge! Tons of space and highly modular. Water and ice taste great filter lasts 6 months. Tons of shelves and additional room for condiments drinks cooking ingredients.

So far so good. I’ve owned it for a couple of years and use it in my rental property. The tenant was very happy with it, it was a big upgrade from the last refrigerator.

Great fridge with tons of room. Love the power cool and freeze features, as well as the flex zone. Highly recommend this fridge if you don’t need or want all the extra and usually unnecessary bells and whistles.

We love the rerigerator, we are trying to learn all about the whistles and bells that came with it. The lower freezer door has two dings that we discovered later that afternoon after it was delivered. We agreed with Best Buy Geeks to replace the outer door rather then replace the refrigerator. However, the door in question is not available due to suppply chain problems. We don't mind waiting untill a door is available, but we would like it documented so that if our 30 days expire we would still like to have the freezer door replaced at no charge.

This refrigerator turned out to be a great purchase. There is so much room in the refrigerator, and I love the low freezer. Plenty of room there as well. Well worth the price! Highly recommend!

No issues or concerns a couple months in. Great amount of space. Left door shelf not the best functionally but the door alert has definitely been a lifesaver with kids.

My Mom's GE profile fridge broke down after 12 years and I got this for her as a replacement. She absolutely loves it and it's much bigger than her GE profile. Highly recommended.

My fridge is large and sexy. I love it. Its so elegant and gets the job done. Its huge and I love how customizable the drawers are. Its perfect for my needs and fits a lot of food.

This Refrigerator is the best. It freezes well with no frost. Options to make room for larger item in the top. able to connect to WiFi, and will notify you on your phone if the door is open

We’ve been looking for a new fridge for months. We love this because of all the space. I love that the water filter is so easy to remove & replace.

With many ice makers located in the door, I like that this Samsung's ice maker is in the upper corner of the refrigerator. It also has a couple racks that are movable so taller items can be stored.

We love this fridge! It is a slightly larger model and I can’t believe what a difference it makes. I am very happy with the purchase. The installation and haul away was great as well.
