Its a beautiful refrigerator i love it very spacious had to get it exchanged because the water wasn’t coming out other than that beautiful

Great fridge. Just the ice maker shoots out the ice all scattered. Keeps everything cool. No issues so far!

Does the job and there so much room!! It’s not jazzy as some with bells and whistles, but it has just enough to do the job. It cooled in less that 30 minutes.

The delivery was on time , the guys were very helpful. The fridge is everything we expected. It’s working very good now and we are happy that we bought the extra warranty.

I've had this refrigerator for 2 weeks now and our relationship has not gotten off to a good start. We experienced a full day power outage and went to stay in a hotel. I realized the ice would melt I just didnt realize it would dump about a gallon of water onto my new hardwood floors. My house was newly constructed this January and to say I freaked out is an understatement. I realized there was no way to capture the escaping water & only about 3/4 of the bin was melted so I opened the freezer bottom to allow the water to collect there vs my floor. This is where problem 2 arose. There's about 4 cups of water in there now & I couldn't get the bin lifted out in order to dump it out. I had to use towels to soak it all out but now I question how easy will it be to clean this thing when it comes time to. Also if this happens again which is not unusual in my area due to hurricanes I wouldn't be able to just leave the freezer open. Any food would defrost. Fortunately there wasn't anything in there when this happened. My cheap side by side lasted 15 years and had half the problems. I really thought I was upgrading but now im considering returning before the 30 days are up.

Excellent size space and overall product. Ice maker, water dispenser, couldn’t ask for more. We had a side by side and this 3 door allows for more space and use.

We recently bought this fridge and it had been wonderful so far. It looks great, has plenty of space, and the fingerprint resistant finish is wonderful! Highly recommend.

Such a nice refrigerator. Replaced our 17 year old fridge with the New Samsung. WOW! What a difference. Great design & very attractive. Very happy with our purchase.

Tons of space. Ice maker works great. Shelving on ice side narrow and doesn't fit much but plenty of shelving space on right side of refrigerator.

The Samsung - 28 Cu. Ft. French Door Refrigerator with CoolSelct Pantry™ - had many features we did not want, but we have purchased several Samsung products so we bought it. As you would expect with the COVID pandemic, refrigerators are in short supply. Our old LG was a terrible disappointment, failed many times, and began to rust all over the front and sides. Our old Whirlpool is still working and helped save a lot of food when the LG failed This unit is not ideal but seems to work well enough.

bought this along with a Samsung oven, both looks great in the new kitchen. I love the French doors, ice/water slot and that its fingerprint resistant.

Great fridge!! Ice dispenser does seem a little small as frequent ice visits depletes it rather fast. Love the adjustable shelves and it has plenty of room. The only down fall is the amount of USABLE space. Being a french door style fridge, any jug, bottle, or tall item, requires adjusting a shelf or folding one of the shelves back. This opens up a large area, but you loose a vast portion of space with a shelf missing. All in all, it is an awesome product and would definitely recommend.

I really love my new refrigerator. :) The in-door water and ice is something I've wanted for years, and I finally got it. The refrigerator part is smaller than a traditional refrigerator so it's taking a bit to get used to it. But with the refrigerator part being on top, I am able to see everything inside easily. I can easily reach everywhere to clean it. That was always a problem for me with my old refrigerator. The freezer is quite large, almost too large for me but it is nice. I'm very happy with my purchase.

Refrigerator works great, it is well designed with convenient storage. Items stay fresh and temperature is stable and cold.

I love all the space it has to offer. But I wish the freezer door opened further, it’s difficult to reach to the back without the refrigerator doors open as well.

Great Fridge and my wife loves it. Beautiful upscale design by Samsung and easy to use and love the Water and ice maker dispenser.

Good product. Love the functionality of it. Only dislike is that the door flap sticks sometimes.

Fantastic fridge. Very spacious. Lots of features that allow for adding taller items in the fridge as well. We love it.
