The fridge has worked nicely since we acquired it. Has a lot of space and shelves to store your food and drinks. The ice abd water dispenser are a big plus!

it lacks more rapidity of the change of water to the exit of the ice, which makes it slow.

The only reason not a 5 star is bc delivery men would not install ice maker and we have to get plumber

Beautiful refrigerator. Works perfectly in our space. The shelving is excellent and we are very pleased with the quality by Samsung.

The french doors are not aligned and the geek squad member (as I was told by a friend who has the next model of this refrigerator) should have put a leveling washer, that supposedly came with the refrigerator, to align the doors. Some of the shelf spacing could be a bit more adjustable to accommodate a few more larger containers (i.e. juice, milk, etc. especially for families with children). Wish there was a removable tray under the water/ice dispenser for easier cleanup of water and ice chips. Otherwise, a very nice refrigerator!

The salesman talked us into a higher end refrigerator, and thank God he did. This has two compressors and two air handling systems -- one for the refrigerator and one for the bottom freezer. It controls the humidity separately for each. We cannot believe how much longer our produce is lasting! Strawberries are lasting at least an extra week than usual. Lettuce and salad mixes are lasting even longer than that. And the produce is like perfectly preserved. Where has this refrigerator been all my life! LOL.

Great unit, super size and love the interior lighting. The fingerprint resistant is a must and lives up to the job. Would seriously recommend this unit.

Like the water and icemaker feature much better than the old one. Especially like the simpler temperature control located on the inside.

I was very concerned the 28 cu ft refrigerator would not be big enough, but I was very wrong..... I absolutely love my new refrigerator.
