The icemaker has been slimmed down so there is more shelf space inside, but that translates into the dispenser taking up almost the entire inside of the left door. For me, it's a good tradeoff (I'd rather have the shelf space). Shelves are easy to adjust, freezer is roomy, the icemaker hasn't run out of ice on me yet, and the outside finish is holding up well. I would buy this model again.

Then the Samsungs went on sale four days later. I wanted to just get the 400 bones but they said no. However, they have a 15 day no questions asked return policy. So I decided to get the new model (with the smartphone app) and the front dispenser for essentially the same price. The crew came and picked up the "old" one the same time thy dropped off the new one. Both crews were great, worked fast, no nonsense, and good job.

Yes, you read that right, RUST. The problem exponentially got worse, and now "rust bubbles" form every handful of days. Take a look at the attached photos. Also, the ice dispenser leaks water into the tray after every use.
