The fridge is spacious and nice replacement. It makes more noise when the ice is dropping then my ole one.

This frig is amazing! This is my first French door refrigerator and I'm never going back! It has ample space and compartments. The SmartThings app is very cool and is easy to setup. You can control temp, ice-maker and a few other things. You can also migrate the frig from SmartThings into your Google Home Nest if you have one. It's also an energy star appliance with ComEd.

Great fridge. Really liked all the little features that Samsung has in comparison to the competition. For example, the freezer door handle has a hinge mechanism that makes the door extremely easy to open. Also like the placement of the LED lights, nice and bright. The fingerprint resistant stainless is wonderful. The external water and ice dispenser works great. Easy location for water filter replacement. Love the folding shelves inside.

This is an amazing refrigerator by Samsung and since it was purchased at Best Buy I truly hope there are no problems or issues with this product because Best Buy has the worst customer service I have ever experienced in my life! If the problems I am having with a Samsung 70 inch television that stopped working properly after 17 days is any example of what’s to come, I will never do business with them again.

I love my new fridge. Very roomy. The ice maker is very nice. I'm very pleased with it.

After 15 months, the ice maker stopped working. We did not purchase the "extended" warranty and now need to pay to have it repaired. Would have expected purchase a $2000+ appliance, that it would have lasted longer :( Other that the broken ice maker, I like the unit

So far I love everything about this refrigerator. The space is unimaginable and I love the features.
