I love everything about my new Samsung French door refrigerator

Absolutely horrible experience fridge was dropped I paid for ice maker installed not done freezer does not work feeling waste of money and time

Ice machine hasn't worked since the start. It forms ice blocks and not cubes. Assuming its a bad seal causing it to melt and refreeze into a block. Samsung will not cover. Microwave delivered at the same time stopped working and i've only had these for about 14 months.

So far we are very happy with this refrigerator. It is very large and I can fit a lot of fresh fruits and veggies in without any issues. The adjustable door shelves are great. The water comes out a little slow in the door dispenser so we may get a booster for that issue. The shelf on the L door that is near the ice maker/dispenser is very narrow and not useful for many containers but we make do since we wanted the ice maker/water dispenser in the door. We can't believe we waited this long to get a bottom freezer fridge - it's a game changer! So nice to just reach into the fridge and not bend down to get items. The drawer inside the freezer is nice so we try not to stack too much in the freezer (like you would in a chest freezer) so you can see everything that's in there and not bury a bunch of frozen food!! The fingerprint resistant stainless steel is amazing so far - the only time I have had to wipe it down is if someone has something on their hands when they open/close any doors, or if water or a liquid is dripped on the outside. Love it all!!

Great appliance, have had it for 4 years and i have yet to have 1 problem. Its an amazing fridge the only downside is not enough space to fit 3 gallons of milk side by side.

We had an older model Samsung refrigerator that was very similar. We loved that refrigerator except for how difficult it was to keep the stainless steel clean. We tried all sorts of cleaners and nothing worked well. It might sound like a weird reason to buy a new fridge but it always looked so bad we decided to just get a new, fingerprint-resistant one. We love the new fridge just like the old one. It works great and the fingerprint-resistant finish works like a charm! There is one really great enhancement to this model and that is the alarm when the door(s) are not closed 100% tight. In the old model, it was not uncommon for you to think you shut the door but it might not close 100%. If you left it open several inches or more, you would hear a bell ding; however, if it was just barely left open (maybe an inch or two, there was no such alarm). We learned the hard way when we woke up one morning with the door just slightly ajar and we had to throw everything out. On this new model, if the door does not close 100%, you hear the alarm. It has saved us several times. I think due to the weight of the items stored in the door and the ice dispenser, it's not uncommon that you think you've shut the door but it isn't quite tight. The only downside so far is the sound of the ice maker. You'll read other reviews that say it's loud and it certainly does make noise. It's not constant noise, but when it's making/dropping ice, you definitely hear it.

I absolutely love this appliance! Perfect amount of room in the refrigerator and freezer for a family of 6. The fingerprints not showing up is a must have feature. Especially if you have a large size family that's constantly opening & closing it. The temperatures are just right keeping things cold & fresh in the refrigerator. The freezer holds a lot of food & works great. I always enjoy the water & ice features as well.

excellent fridge nice space easy to clean very functional

The black stainless finish stays remarkably fingerprint free, even in a household with 4 kids. My only gripe would be the ice maker is a little slow and the cubes are on the smaller side, it’s a nitpicky thing to call out but that’s because this excels in all other areas. Very spacious and versatile, was easy to get put together and installed by myself also but it is quite heavy so don’t pass up help

We love this refrigerator! The upper, dual door, model has plenty of room. With that, the shelves fold up and down so they can be adjusted to fit your needs. We also like the digital temperature controls for specific settings. The lower freezer section also has plenty of space. It has an upper pull-out drawer so we can place items in there that we use more often. This drawer also automatically retracts when you close the main freezer door. The exterior ice dispenser (cubed and crushed), along with filtered water, is a great plus. We highly recommend this model if you are looking for a high mid-range refrigerator that is practical and reasonably priced.

I love the space this refrigerator offers, it is taking me some time to get used to have the freezer in the bottom drawer, but it is not bad. It is very quiet, I used a calibrated thermometer to check the accuracy of the temperature display, and it is within 1 F, very accurate. Only four stars because the side where the water and ice dispensing unit is, the trays are very, very, very small. You can just fit your cream cheese and butter, nothing else. But there is plenty of space, it is just annoying to see a poor design in that area.

This refrigerator runs very quietly. only hear it when the ice drops. unit is fingerprint resistant for which we are very pleased. The shelves are easy to adjust for my needs and has plenty of room. I like to use the cool select pantry for cheese and lunch items. I'm happy with this refrigerator.

I love this fridge. If you are buying dont worry about counter dept. Go big. This one is fantastic. From beeping if left open to buttons to control temperature to crashed or cubed ice and ice cold water. I spent days and nights looking and finally decided. Not regret a second. It fits well in our kitchen and it has a ton of space. I will say that the icemaker taking a lot of space but that is understandable given the fact what it needs to do. Fact that you can put milk galon in the door is a game changer as my kids are drinking ALOT ot milk. We probably need to buy a cow lol This fridge might be too big for some but like I said if you want the big fridge go with this size and features may vary. I really think I dont need a wifi one :)

We've had this now for two months, and I was torn between giving it 4 or 5 stars. But I ended up giving it a 3 because I would absolutely NOT buy this model again. I WOULD consider Samsung again, but I'd go into it with eyes much wider. It looks great, it's very quiet, stays cool, and it's big enough for our family. When shopping, however, my wife and I apparently failed to consider real-world usage. We've had a side-by-side for the past 20 years or so, so we just figured the french door layout would take some getting used to and then we would love it. But that was not the case. The issue: who on Earth designs a family refrigerator where every bottle has to be laid on its side and where smaller bottles that should be in the door have to go on a regular shelf because the door shelves are too shallow. We have milk and one juice in the right door, but a bottle of water or lemonade, or other juice all have to go in on their sides because none of the shelves are tall enough. I've looked at readjusting the shelves, but despite the fact that the top shelf has a couple movable brackets, it can't really be moved because the left side must attach to the side of the icemaker! To adjust the second shelf either up or down then leaves only about 4" of space between those shelves. Also, since the deli-dairy drawer is full width, we have to open both doors to access, which has resulted in butter and most other commonly used things going onto one of the deep shelves and not in the drawer. The icemaker can't be very easily removed, so any bulk ice gathering is time consuming. And -- this is a small but frustrating thing -- one cannot use the water dispenser on the left door while the right door is open. Great fridge but sucky layout.

This fridge is spacious and great for our family of 4. The shelves adjust and one even flips up for extra space if needed. The extra drawer on the bottom of the fridge is nice for all the snacks for our young child, fruit cups, apple sauces, etc. We haven't used it at any other temp yet except for extra storage for her to be able to access. The freezer is spacious as well, and the top shelf is really nice to be able to have items easily accessible or to be able to plan dinners appropriately and see what's in there. The only complaint I have is the ice maker. The chute that it comes out is big, and no matter where we put the cup, ice still manages to shoot out and make a mess. There's not a tray either for water drippage, so we purchased a sponge to sit there for that purpose. All in all its a fabulous fridge.

Holds temps excellently. Compressor highly efficient. Roomy. Haven’t found a single negative. Very quiet. Only noise is ice cubes dropping into bin. Extremely satisfied.

The unit itself seems fine and works well. Quiet. Plenty of room. My one complaint is the water comes out very slowly. Other than that, we like this fridge.

This refrigerator is excellent. I've had it for 2 years and have no complaints. I love the space in the freezer and the adjustable shelves. Tuscan is such a beautiful color.

My refrigerator was installed on 2/5/22 and so far, the refrigerator is working well. The temperature is stable in both the fridge and the freezer. Everything stays nice and cold/frozen. I like the temperature display on the inside of the fridge. The refrigerator is also very quiet. No problem cleaning fingerprints off the outside. The ice maker is extremely poor, it works slow, and the ice cubes freeze together. When the dispense is on cube ice it tends to chop the cubes and when it is on crushed ice it dispenses huge chunks mixed in with the "crushed" ice. In either mode there are always some ice chips that get stuck in the chute, melt and drip onto the tray. The auger itself is plastic and maybe that is the best it can do. Nothing I can't live with but for anyone else who uses a lot of ice, forget it. The big letdown is the huge amount of wasted space in the fridge. The shelves don't come out far enough which leaves huge gaps between the door and the shelves. Basically, you are wasting electric keeping all the empty unusable space cold. This 28 cu ft refrigerator might have 24 cu ft of actual usable storage, then again it might even have less. I wouldn't recommend this fridge for a family that needs a lot of usable space in their fridge. Still and all the fridge works for a me, it looks nice and the price wasn't bad. You get what you pay for and I am not exactly unhappy, just being brutally honest. If the refrigerator doesn't have any issues in the next year I will probably revise my rating.
