Gave it 4 instead of 5 stars because it seems smaller then my last 28 Cu. Ft. Not sure if it’s the layout or why. Aside from this however working great so far.

Upper freezer tray always opens up when you open the main freezer compartment. Than you have to push the upper compartment back to get full access to lower freezer.

I love the double drawer in the bottom freezer and the drawer in the fridge. The door with the ice maker is a little weird but if you have a lot of hot sauces like I do it works.

It's great that Samsung and BestBuy are able to work together to make the exchanges happen, but not really that great that these things are so costly and fail to last more than a few years. Time will tell with this new fridge. That's all I can really say right now. Ask me again in 3 years.

The freezer drawers are deep, but there are so many vents that are not supposed to be blocked that it doesn't leave that much usable freezer space. I am disappointed and now considering buying a separate small freezer.

It is easy to reach and find things and holds a tremendous amount. Love the retractable shelf to fit taller items when needed and slide back out when not needed. I've only had it a few months so can't speak to longevity but it is great so far.

This was an out of the box purchase and there wasn't anything wrong with it except a couple of dents that can be overlooked. It was also missing a door handle but the Best Buy staff helped me purchase a new one.

The area on the door on the side of the water/ice dispenser is useless for holding anything. The shelf right above the bins cannot be cleaned without taking the refrigerator apart. And I don't mean by just anyone. It requires removing everything from the fridge, sticking 2 screwdrivers on each side of the supporting column to unlatch the shelf, dismantling the middle part... (google it- it is not easy). First time my daughter dropped some juice it was a nightmare to clean. Second time she placed a food container that leaked and while trying to clean the fridge, one of the tabs broke. Fridge is 2 months old and we cannot clean without calling in a service order to fix the broken tab which we have to pay for. Also the freezer is always covered in frost and causes the ice cream to develop some freezer burn. Twin cooling my A..! Do NOT buy this fridge. You don't have to take my word- google it. It is the worst!!! I'm furious Best Buy does not have a 2-3 month return policy. They know they are selling garbage so will not back their own products. Stand behind your products Best Buy!
