The look, the way it cools everything and the depth of the shelves. We had a refrigerator that had the freezer at the bottom and we saved $800 by switching to this one and couldn’t be happier. I’d recommend buying the 5 year warranty instead of The 3 year one

The ice maker doesn't freeze up like older models, so that's definitely a plus! There's really not much else I can think of to say. It keeps the food cold like it's supposed to.

They called the day before to let us know a more accurate time frame. They also called us the day of delivery in the morning and were there within 15 min of calling. Overall we are very pleased with our purchase.

Only one shelf on door can hold 2 half-gallon cartons. Have to push back "half shelf" to accommodate other tall cartons/bottles. Would be nice if CoolSelect Pantry had 2 dividers instead of 1. Freezer is spacious but wish upper drawers would be in front when the door is opened. It's in the back and you have to pull it forward. Stainless is easier to keep clean than I anticipated. Instructions not easy and YouTube is better. Sometimes I miss my old "dumb" cross top freezer and fridge with useful and adaptable shelving.

But it seems a lot smaller inside. The LED lighting is only on the top and does not evenly light the bottom part of the refrigerator. It has very clean lines and the stainless Steel front is easy to keep clean. It is very quiet.

Every shelf is easy to get to which makes it easy to organize the food. I especially like the separate compartments in the freezer so I can separate meat from vegetables from desserts from breads.

The Freezer drawer feels a little cheap but no issues. I like the door alarm having two kids who never pay attention to what they are doing.

Great for our needs

Only negative is there is a small area for taller items like milk. Juice etc. I haven't played with the shelving yet to see if I can adjust one to make room.

The water takes forever to fill up a cup, the ice maker takes forever and the door started squeaking very loudly. We haven't even had it a month yet. And we cant get it to connect to wifi at all.
