We were looking for a fridge which could give compact look and fit in the designated area. I found it most suitable, especially inner area is fully equipped cubicles where vegetables are kept and remain fresh for a longer period of time.

Best Buy delivered the products. The delivery technician was very friendly. Overall was good decision to purchase the product from Best Buy. We are very happy with the products so far. Hope this will last for us!

The Samsung 28 cuft. French Door Refrigerator is excellent for the price. Our sales person remembered us from a previous purchase and was very pleasant to work with. Your delivery scheduling setup is very convenient for us. We will be considering Best Buy for our future purchases.

I love the features & looks. The delivery was on time & an excellent experience. My only concern is the life of the compressor. This replaced a similar LG unit that had a compressor fail in 7 years, then an associated evap. leak, needing another compressor in less than 7 months later.

My Samsung refrigerator is running. I love it. But, it took three tries in order to get a nice refrigerator that work and that was not dented up real bad when I received it. I had to send it back two times in order to get it right.The third time’s a charm.

Excellent refrigerator. We are incredibly pleased with the spacious freezer, and the well organized refrigerator space. The ice and water dispenser convenient and prevents the refrigerator from being constantly being opened for ice and/or water.

Defect in ice machine forces you to push ice box back into fridge every 3 uses. Trying to figure out how to resolve.

This refrigerator has an expansive interior. The freezer compartment is nicely divided into three sections. This includes a large main area which has two divisions and adds a pull out drawer for easy visibility of items you might use regularly.

We love our new refrigerator as it has lots of room in both the refrigerator and freezer. The icemaker works well and doesn't take up as much room as my previous refrigerator. The water and ice dispenser is able to handle my large water bottle which is also a plus.

customer service employees are cooperative. I have refrigerator has a dent. she told us either she will send us a check of $150 for accepting damaged refrigerator or replace in February when new is available.

I bought the refrigerator as an open box deal at a great price. They delivered it within a few days and set it up. I couldn’t be happier with the product and the service that I received from Best Buy.

Most fridges we looked at weren't even manufactured this year. Some models were up to 6 years old already! This Samsung, however, was made in September 2019. It offered the most cubic feet without being a custom size. The price was far better than any of the other brands offered

Purchase and delivery went very smoothly. Install was no problem. I did, however, notice a few dents and dings that I had not seen in the store. It has worked fine since purchase and I am happy with it.

We received delivery during the COVID pandemic, so it was only dropped off on our patio. We have had to figure out how to adjust shelves, open the ice maker, etc on our own. But, it is a great frig. Roomy, great drawers, easy to see everywhere. We are very pleased.

We love our new french door Samsung refrigerator/ freezer. We had it delivered to our kitchen and the delivery men were friendly and professional. They were also earlier than expected rather than late!

Very courteous delivery men and very familiar with product. They were extra cautious to not damage the refrigerator or range as well as our home. They also were very prompt and called us 15 minutes prior to arrival. A+ experience

Love, love, love!!! Great fridge for an awesome price! Love the french door and the ease of using this fridge. I would definitely recommend this purchase. There is even an app that lets you adjust the temperature of your fridge and freezer.

This is a really good fridge for the price. Keeps food nice and cold and the touch screen dispenser is a cool modern touch. Minus the fact that we were given the run around and the actual refrigerator didn’t come for over a month, it’s a solid purchase.

Best Buy replaced the original refrigerator with the Samsung 28 cu. It continues to be an unfair trade as this one is infinitely better than the one I intended to buy! I will continue to purchase any further appliances through Best Buy.
