got this as exchange for same only with ice maker on top not in freezer very pleased so far exchange was painless except for difference in price between the 2

My entire experience at best buy was great, sales lady courteous and professional. She was very knowledgeable when it came to answering questions about the refrigerator I purchased.

Overall good choice. Looked at a nearly identical model at Sam's Club, but this model included nicer looking shelves and the slider shelf to allow for taller items.

Solid, attractive refrigerator. Only draw back is the shelves really can't be adjusted. Though they have side rails the bracket shapes only allow for one location.

We love the French door set-up. The sleek stainless steel is simple, yet luxurious. The fridge is very user friendly and we love the storage size. Highly recommend.

I love this fridge. This is the 1st time I've had a refrigerator with the freezer on the bottom and I would highly recommend it! This refrigerator has a lot of nice features.

Samsung 28 ft refrigerator is working well. Like the black stainless steel color. Keeping everything cold. Lots of room in refrigerator.

Fridge is exactly the temp I want and big interior for our family of 4. Love it. Smart feature with samsung smart things has let us know multiple times that we left the door open. Very handy actually!

We love the french style for its ability to open wide for those extra large dishes. Samsung makes great products. The only downside so far is the shelf above the “chiller” is difficult to clean.

We just had this fridge delivered and installed in our new home. On the first day, we went to dispense a glass of water and the water dispenser continously was dispensing water and would not shut off. We had to grab buckets to hold the water while it sprayed water all over our brand new floors. We tried opening the door, switching to ice, and pressing and depressing the "pedal" to get it to stop. Eventually I had to pull the fridge away from the wall and shut off the water supply valve. After research, this has happened to many other owners of Samsung fridges in general. I'm just glad This was first day and not years later and out of warranty.

Love my new samsung refrigerator, the french doors and bottom freezer drawer is very convenient and both have plenty of room. Looks great as well.

Fridge is roomy and holds lots of items. Still working to figure out what to place in side shelves. We do enjoy ice/water dispenser but ice holder is a little smaller than we are used to.

The Samsung refrigerator is great. It’s an upgrade from my old Samsung fridge. Overall I’m happy with my purchase.

I bought this refrigerator June 2021. The cooling went out already.

Never bought an appliance that was not GE/Kenmore etc. This is a samsung and only had for one month but been a gem so far. This review needs to be another year or two old for and true value,

Love the fridge! I could use a little more door shelf space but was able to switch my organizational pattern to resolve the issue.

Nice but no nice doesn't hold alot of ice you have to fold the shelf back to put a pitcher in the temper I keep playing with to get it at 34 wont. So it depends on you individually
