Very nice and durable fridge for the price you pay. Cons - I felt the inside space is little congested, couldn't fit a 1 ltr coke bottle .

Love this! Very sleek - easy to keep exterior clean. The coolselect pantry is handy and I love the way the freezer is configured to keep meat/veggies separate, etc.

Ode who sold us the refrigerator was great to deal with and was very knowledgeable and helpful to us. The Two gentlemen who delivered our refrigerator were very careful.

I love my new refrigerator. It has lots of room and works great. And the filterer water is wonderful. Just wish the ice cubes were clear but I don't have a water softner. Thanks!!

This is a nice fridge with lots of space. I just wish the top shelf was a little deeper for my taller bottles. I had to flip one side up to fit the taller items.

Not sure how it's going to work out. open the door after taking ice cubes out for the first time and extra ice cube's fell onto the floor.

Don't like freezer on bottom. Have to rummage through items to find what I need. Even when you categorize items. Seems like what I need is always on bottom.

so far this refrigerator is working without problems. This replaced a four year old samsung refrigerator. There is a big improvement in the ice maker and water dispenser.

Beautiful refrigerator that performs perfectly and is super quiet to operate. The interior lighting is terrific and the sales price was fabulous.

My wife was pleased, very roomy and easy to install. Only downside is that the trays on the doors are very small, probably to fill with mini cokes at most.

We purchased a French door Samsung refrigerator. We were able to set up convenient delivery and it went flawless. I was familiar with this item and am very pleased.

Rafael was so patient while answering all of my questions. We looked at all the refrigerators on the floor, and he knew a lot about each one.

They removed this returned refrigerator out too quickly to the truck before I the wife was able to make sure that everything was out. When asked if there was anything left in the refrigerator, Kevin said he checked it and that there was nothing in it. I realized that we did not have our Ribs and Tony's pizza after getting ready to cook the Ribs. Which was left in the freezer of the dented refrigerator. I said they stole it because Kevin told me that there was nothing left in it when all the time there was. Either that, or they only said that there's was nothing left in it to keep from going back into the truck to check it. Either way, they lied to me. I was skeptical about his answer but I didn't want to think that Best Buy works with lying crooks. I surely hope not because you're sending them to our house and that's not cool. We will be calling you all today because I hate liars. Also the Replacement Refrigerator French Door is still uneven/not leveled and doesn't close so easily. What is going on? We can't keep having people coming in and out like this. Let's get this right. The first refrigerator that had a dent looked way better and newer than the replacement that we told them not to take out of box/untouched before we look at. They didn't do it that way.

Love this unit easy to set up and the Bixby feature The freezer drawer is a nice feature. The Refrigerator shelves could use more adjustment options. overall would reccomend.

works well. any smaller and the french door option would be a huge negative. door storage space is limited on the ice maker/dispenser side

Fits well, has the exterior ice and water dispensers, which I use often, and easy to access to everything in the spacious frig, and really large freezer.

The store has appliances with many choices. Employees assist genuinely and I am excited with my experience.

Completely satisfied! Looks and works great. Delivery and set up couldn’t have been easier. Very happy with all my Samsung products from Best Buy.

Overall, love this refrigerator. Not convinced it’s really fingerprint- resistant though. Storage is very adequate.
